Join me for my signature Telluride adventure retreat. This will be my fifth year returning to Telluride and you're invited! Hike to hidden waterfalls, enjoy yoga on top of a mountain, soak in the on site hot tub, enjoy free breakfast, and treat yourself to an afternoon Stand-Up Paddleboarding. You'll have the option, on our free day, to join myself and the San Juan Outdoor School for an epic adventure on the Via Ferrata. You'll have the best view of town as you hang 350 feet off the valley floor moving along a system of iron cables and rods. 

I've been leading yoga retreats in Telluride since 2013 and they just keep getting better. Come solo or bring a friend, with shared lodging you'll never feel left out. There's plenty of downtime built in for rest and rejuvenation in-between our adventures. I know the best locals only secret hikes and our mountaintop yoga will complement all the hard work you do on the trail. This weekend is about building relationships, testing your physical and mental limits and enjoying all the beauty Telluride has to offer.

All levels welcome although a basic fitness background is encouraged especially since this is a high elevation retreat.

This retreat sold out within a week last year and I expect next year's to do the same. I cannot hold a spot without a deposit so don't delay and book today. 

Travel insurance is available upon booking through a private insurance company. No refunds so if you think you might need to cancel for any reason please purchase the travel insurance to protect your trip. If you have a friend to take your spot I will allow a transfer of your spot as long as it is more than 60 days out from retreat.
