Celebrate summer solstice with a weekend of yoga, meditation, reiki, nature, and hot springs!


Join us for a weekend of renewal and relaxation at Sierra Hot Springs, a location known for its healing properties. Start your day with guided morning meditation, followed by a mindful vinyasa yoga class. During free times, take a dip in the invigorating hot springs, or hike through the surrounding enchanted forest. Your evening will include yoga and a special hands-on reiki healing circle. Reiki is a powerful, yet subtle healing modality used for stress reduction, relaxation, and pain relief. You will experience a taste of reiki during this evening circle. Savor mouthwatering vegetarian breakfast, lunch, and dinner prepared by the talented chefs in the Philosophy Cafe, included as part of this wellness retreat. Rustic accommodations include cozy rooms within the historic main lodge, at The Globe Hotel a mile down the road, or you may bring your tent and camp under the stars.

What’s included


* 3 all levels vinyasa flow classes
* 1 all levels slow flow/therapeutic evening class
* Full use of hot springs and sauna 24/7. **Please make note that bathing suits are optional.
* Single or shared room accommodations. You can also bring your tent and camp.
* 2 morning guided meditations
* Reiki circle with hands-on healing
* 6 nourishing vegetarian meals (vegan or gluten-free upon request)

Sunrise Meditation and Yoga - 7:00am

Free time to soak in the springs, hike, etc.

Free time following lunch

Therapeutic Yoga - 5:00pm

Dinner - 6:30pm

Reiki Circle - 7:45pm

Sunrise Meditation and Yoga - 7:00am

Before You Go

*Please make note that the hot springs are clothing optional. No alcohol is permitted at the resort.


Please bring:


* Toiletries
* Yoga mat (there are a few extra if you do not have one)
* Swim suit (optional)
* Water bottle
* Sunscreen
* Bug Spray
* Flip flops
* Comfortable shoes for hiking

Christie Pitko, E RYT-500, began practicing yoga in 2001, and since then, it has healed her spirit, ignited creativity, and encouraged her to take her time. She enjoys helping students stay curious about the inner landscape of their bodies and minds through yoga and meditation. Christie is grateful for all that she has learned from her teachers, Annie Carpenter, Richard Rosen, and Leah Gillman. Christie hosts multiple yoga retreats per year.
