Courtney Clifford is the Founder and Creator of The Inner Collective.
Her work guides individuals to intuitively tap into their true essence, align with their souls purpose, develop a deeper connection with their inner compass, and the world around them. This is offered through one-on-one virtual sessions, courses, workshops, and retreats that weave together her experience, intuitive wisdom, and extensive training in leadership coaching, the yogic sciences, and equine assisted therapy.
Mary Horne is a 1000+ hour certified yoga teacher working towards certification as a yoga therapist.
As a former personal trainer and professional dancer, her education and experience are deeply rooted in functional anatomy and teaching students how to properly and effectively move their bodies. The miraculous healing benefits of breathwork and meditation fuels much of her teaching which include Vinyasa, restorative yoga, myofascial release, power yoga, and slow flow. Mary's goal is not to teach you to imitate her poses and understanding of the practice, but rather to help you to discover how the teachings of yoga are most applicable to your life.
