Take a break and a deep breath at your nature-focused adventure on a luxury farm estate in the Scottish Highlands. You're invited to our second Fat Camp Scotland! Where you'll enjoy a proper Glamping experience in your private pod, fully equipped with a comfortable bed, mini kitchen, bathroom, and a wood-fire hot tub. Outside of the pod, you'll find walking trails, a yoga tent, a sauna, a working farm, and more.
Our Fat Camp itinerary blends self-care, joyful movement, nature connection, community, and nourishing food, all while prioritizing comfort, choice, and wellness. You'll have time to read, rest, or write, as well as to engage in daily relaxation rituals, nature connection, and more. This year, we're working with a certified shamanic practitioner for an immersive sauna ceremony that features body scrubs, face masks, earth magic, natural oils and butters, and meditations.
Fat Camp isn't complete without a fat-positive themed photo shoot! We've hired our favorite local photographer to capture you in a Spooky Season themed shoot. Prepare for a peaceful glamping retreat in Fife, Scotland, where you can rest, relax, and reconnect.
At Fat Camp Scotland, you'll spend the day creating memories, and each evening you'll have time to unwind with a hot soak under the stars. Most meals and drinks are included, and snacks are provided.
Fat Camp Scotland is exclusively for plus-size women. It's ideal for those who enjoy a mix of immersive experiences, nature, and wellness activities, including journaling, yoga, meditation, breathwork, and sauna. A traveler who loves nature and art and is looking forward to a mix of fun group experiences and to enjoying some restorative time solo.
Fat Camp Scotland is perfect for travelers who want to choose their own adventure. After our morning meditation session, campers can decide to go on a nature walk, take a guided tour of the farm and meet the highland cows, or head back to your pod to rest or read in your wood fire bath tub.
