No trip to Iceland is complete without visiting the iconic Blue Lagoon. That's where you'll be heading on the final night before your Farewell Dinner. So bring your bathing suit and an appetite for an Icelandic adventure!

This tour was created with plus-size travelers in mind. However, travelers of all sizes and gender identities are invited. It's ideal for those who enjoy leisurely hikes and relaxing natural hot springs.
The Chasing The Northern Lights Tour is perfect for the traveler who isn't afraid to go after what they want. Someone who loves nature is adventurous and is willing to wake up early and stay up late for a chance to get a glimpse at the Aurora Borealis.
You will spend lots of time in a private van exploring Iceland's Golden Circle. The extended periods of sitting will be broken up with nature walks and relaxing hot spring sessions.
Please note that while there is a good chance of seeing the lights of the aurora this far north, there is no guarantee, as they are a natural phenomenon and weather conditions can affect visibility.
There are several apps you can download that show current and forecast activity of the aurora around the world. Some can alert you at night when the aurora becomes visible in your location.
Remember to pack warm clothes, as temperatures can drop to below –5°C.

Everyone has different mobility levels and we want to be as transparent about accessibility as possible. We also want to remind you that all of the activities are voluntary and some waterfalls will be visible from the parking lot.
There will be walking / hiking daily. We have selected routes with paved walkways and little to no incline.
All deposits are non-refundable.
If you cancel within 200 days of the tour, 50% of the total trip cost is non-refundable.
If you cancel within 150 days of the tour, 75% of the total trip cost is non-refundable.
If you cancel 120 days or less before the tour, 100% of the total trip cost is non-refundable.
If we cancel the tour you will receive a full refund.
In the event of illness, injury, or other extenuating circumstances affecting the trip, the departure will be rescheduled. If you can not attend during the new dates, your deposit will be transferred.

Welcome to Reykjavik, the world’s most northerly capital and the starting point of your Icelandic adventure.
The Welcome Meeting is at 6 PM. If you arrive early, this little city punches above its weight when it comes to things to see and do. Take a trip to the National Museum or hit the city’s brightly colored streets to explore an exciting display of shops and cafes.
After the meeting, celebrate the start of a new adventure with a Welcome Dinner with your group, where your Tour Leader will introduce you to the best of Icelandic cuisine.

This morning you'll head to the geologically and historically important Thingvellir National Park. Visit the spouting hot springs of Geysir and Strokkur before driving to the spectacular Gullfoss, Iceland’s largest waterfall.
After your visit, head to your base for the evening in Fludir. This afternoon you have an included visit to a natural geothermal pool warmed by the nearby hot springs. This evening will be a good opportunity to turn your head to the skies in search of the Northern Lights.

Begin the day by travelling through the lava fields of the Laki volcanic eruption in 1783, as your leader explains how this devasting event shaped not only Iceland’s landscape, but also its culture. Next is Skaftafell National Park where you’ll come face-to-face with Vatnajokull, Europe's biggest glacier. Carry on to some of the country’s most impressive, uninterrupted scenery and wander past the enormous basalt sea stacks at Reynisdrangar.
This evening you’ll enjoy an included dinner at the excellent on-site restaurant serving up a creative list of dishes made with local Icelandic produce.

Start the day with a short drive on to Jokulsarlon, also known as the Glacier Lagoon. Take a walk around this astounding glacial lake and learn a little more about its history. Continue through the beautiful scenery of Iceland’s South Shore, marvel at the colors of the glaciers spilling down the mountains in the distance and admire the spectacular Skogafoss, a waterfall on the Skoga River.
Next you'll visit Seljalandsfoss waterfall, where you can walk right behind the stream of rushing water to see it from another angle. Finish your day with an overnight stay
around Vik.

On your last day in Iceland you'll return to Reykjavik. On the drive, your leader may share some stories of Norse mythology, so keep an eye out for elves and fairies along the way.
In the afternoon join the group for a final spa session in the Blue Lagoon. Followed by your Farewell Dinner.
