Gift yourself three inspirational days to restore, re-center and re-energize, to inspire ourselves and each other to enter a deeper yoga and mindfulness experience. Bring a friend, or make new ones! Inspiration is as close as your next mindful inhale, especially when surrounded by the quiet beauty of the land. We'll gather at WhisperTree, an expansive hillside property in the gorgeous Anderson Valley, Boonville, CA. Among the scenic rolling hills of Mendocino County, the landscape reminds us of our yearning to connect with Nature, and the power of the Earth to embrace and heal. Our practices together will invite each of us to receive what we need, and to offer back our gifts, connecting us to our hearts, our voice, our loved ones, each other and the Earth. All levels, ages, and all aspirations are welcome. As the poet Rumi wrote, bring your big beautiful heart out into the golden fields and let it breathe!

Join us in the yoga sanctuary or a one-hour restorative practice to relax, unwind, stretch, clear your mind and enter the heart-space of your retreat.
Chef Alexandra will nourish us with her finest creations, and teach us about eating seasonally and mindfully, leaving us feeling healthy, happy and deeply cared for . . . On the last day, e will depart the beautiful Bell Valley Retreat Center after brunch at around 12:30pm
Each morning we will begin with an energizing and awakening yoga practice, combining guided and self-paced sun salutations, energy medicine and breathwork to jump-start the day, with guided meditation.
Late afternoon or evening practices will be Yin and/or restorative yoga to take you deeper into self-awareness, and guided somatic practice for release and relaxation. Singing bowls.
Enjoy an uphill hike to the top of the property with great views of the rolling hills, to the pond where a brave soul could take a cold swim! We also encourage you to visit Hendy Woods State Park just outside Philo, CA for a beautiful, moderate walk in the redwoods. Experience the magic of the redwood forest, stop at the Philo Apple Farm on the way back.
Boonville and Philo have some great small wineries for an afternoon visit.
