Yoga in the magic of Provence. Join me for an unforgettable experience where we will indulge all of our senses in the picturesque beauty of Provence in the south of France.  Practice will be held at least once daily, often twice but we will also make plenty of time for adventure and rest. We may find ourselves on beautiful hikes, on a sunny beach, in tasty markets or rafting on the Gorges du Verdon to name just a few. 

Accommodations are set in a secluded, luxurious and private property that provides a quiet environment for complete body & mind renewal supported by our yoga practice. Indulge in organic and nutritionally balanced meals in undisturbed beauty of the natural surroundings.  Gather in beautiful common areas and rest in Provençial style rooms.  Free Wifi, swimming pool, tennis court, bicycles, yoga mats, straps and blocks are available for use.

The colorful and tasty menu celebrates Provençial, international and Mediterranean flavors. Meals are made with fresh, local and organic produce. Fish is hand selected from the local market for its freshness, and our delicious cheeses are sourced locally from France. Our chef will purchase ingredients each day and cook all day for our special dinners. 

Last year was the first time I ventured out of Paris and I discovered a place I was blown away by.  I am so excited to go back to the area and I hope you can join me.
