This intimate retreat provides participants the opportunity to rest, restore and renew in a tropical location.   Reflect daily using the prompts provided in your retreat journal.


Daily movement classes to create space in our body, mind, and spirit include:
* Yamuna Ball rolling

* Antigravity training in the hammock,

* Pilates-based fitness

* Saltwater pool and hot tub

* Meditation


Enjoy a tour of the grounds to learn about the healing power of plants and water,  Make your own flower essences and learn how to create a personal grounding ritual for your return home.

We will assemble for our welcoming ceremony after everyone has arrived.  We will be creating on mandala during our time together so bring something to contribute to the circle.
