About your trip

Ignite your personal creativity through yoga and painting on a week-long retreat with acclaimed yoga teacher and visual artist Estelle Thomson at Yogababa Lounge in South of France

Estelle believes that connecting with your creative self leads to empowerment, mindfulness and joy. This retreat is for you if you know you are a creative being and need a space to begin that journey.

By the end of your week you will be revitalized in body, mind and soul.

Yoga & Creativity

Each day will consist of sunrise meditation and sweaty morning yoga practice in the incredible Yoga Shala that faces morning sunrays. Through intuitive painting techniques, writing, collage and her playful, high vibe style Estelle will guide you to reconnect and strengthen your personal creativity through her morning 'CREATE' session. In the afternoon, you will have ample time to explore the charms of South of France by taking the many optional excursions available or just relax at the Lounge. Our sunset yoga class of the day will be music-filled and brings in the elements of restorative yoga.

This is not a training, this is a vacation. You do not need experience in either art or yoga. Estelle pride herself in being accessible to all.
