College Water Park Party!
Water Park Party Saturday night (indoor duh!). All SR guests over age 18 are welcome.
However, most park attendees are college students, for reference. The park has a Full Bar (bring IDs +card/cash). Indoor and 80 degrees! Hawaiian shirts not required, but highly recommended.

COVID-19: Jay Peak and Vermont Policies

If Jay Peak is forced to shut down due to COVID-19 restrictions, you will be 100% refunded!
Cancellation Policy and Deposit Schedule
Deposits are refundable up to December 1st. After that, your deposit is non-refundable. If Jay Peak shuts down due to COVID, you will be 100% refunded!
From November 1st to December 9th, if you cancel your trip, your trip will be refunded less your deposit, and less a 10% service fee (10% of the total value of your initial trip purchase, not just what you had paid to that point).
From December 10th to January 9th, if you cancel your trip, your trip will be refunded 50% of your trip value (if you have paid that much to that point), less your deposit and less 50% of the total value of your initial trip purchase, not just what you had paid to that point.
From January 10th to February 11th, if you cancel your trip, you will not be refunded.
Extenuating circumstances will allow us to revisit this policy. This includes such scenarios as State travel limitations and positive COVID-19 test results and symptoms among your group. Jay Peak has expressed that this will be something they are open to reviewing and may be subject to change as time goes on.

Slopeside Condos 2 bdrm
Ski in/ski out, with 2 bedrooms, full kitchen (with utensils and plates, etc.), living room w/ pull out sleep-sofa, and 1 bathroom. Will sell out in October.
Timberline Cottages
Spacious, newer units with 2 bedrooms, full kitchen (with utensils and plates, etc.), living room with fireplace + pull out sleep sofa, and 2 bathrooms. Also named "Golf and Mountain Cottages"
Village Condos 2 bdrm
Ski in/ski out, "affordable luxury" units with 2 bedrooms, full kitchen (with utensils and plates, etc.), living room w/ pull out sleep-sofa , and 2 bathrooms. Limited Availability.
Stateside Hotel Rooms
Ski in/ski out (after the elevator). Two queen beds. "Comfortable beds, bathrooms, mini refrigerator, and mountain or valley views." Most rooms also have a microwave.
3+ Bedroom condos
Large, deluxe ski in/ski out condos may be available for up to 16 people. Inquire at info@thesnowriders.com. Price per person varies but is often similar to the pricing for Village Condos
Water Park Party
Saturday Night 8:30pm-10:30pm for SnowRiders guests. Adults Only.

COVID-19
This trip does not include COVID-19 at the time of booking ; ) However, we recommend following CDC and other guidelines (and your own gut + common sense) so you don't get it, or give it to others
