Stretch, Savor, and Relax in Piedmont
Ever wanted to live in a castle in a vineyard? Here’s your chance! In 2025, our retreat brings you to a historic winery in the heart of Piedmont, Italy. Every day of the retreat is designed to revitalize your body, spark your curiosity, and immerse you in the region’s rich traditions.
Mornings begin with a stroll through the historic gardens to yoga in a regal glass atrium. Whether you’re new to the mat or a seasoned practitioner, each session is tailored to help you release tension and open yourself to the day’s adventures. After yoga, we gather for fresh coffee and a hearty breakfast overlooking the estate’s vineyards.
Eating around our communal table is central to the retreat experience. Chef Alice celebrates the fresh produce of the season by blending traditional recipes with her own inventive touch. Gathering together, slowing down, and savoring each flavor offers us a restorative way to reconnect with our bodies, our senses, and each other. It’s a wellness experience that goes beyond nutrition, reminding us that the act of eating can be a joyful, grounding, and deeply nourishing ritual.
Each day is filled with adventures—hands-on cooking classes, visits to local artisans, and tastings at nearby wineries. Hikes are always a highlight of our retreat weeks; we’ll trek through nearby vineyards and hazelnut groves, stopping to take in stunning views and learn about the history and ecology of the area.
In the afternoons, we wind down with a restorative yoga class to unravel stress. If that doesn’t do the trick, each evening we gather for Danilo’s epic wine tastings. With each sip, he helps us appreciate the soil and artistry that produces the region’s famous Nebbiolos and Barberas.
We balance activities with plenty of downtime to explore the winery’s reforestation project, play hide-and-seek in the English garden, or take a nap under a majestic Andalusian fir.
This retreat is more than a trip to Italy—it’s a holistic wellness experience that revitalizes every part of you, while freeing you from your day-to-day responsibilities. Through movement medicine, farm-to-table meals, world-class wines, and time to rest, you’ll rediscover life’s simple joys—reconnecting deeply with yourself, the people around you, and this magical place.
