This annual 5 day, four night Women's only tropical reset combines the quintessential peace of the island, our luxury compound, cleansing hand crafted nourishment, hands on education inside and outside the kitchen, wellness workshops , mindful movement, mindset clearing, goal setting and deep connection with who you are, where you want to go and bonus have FUN with other incredible guests just like you! You are powerful, you are strong, you are accomplished and it is clear, you are also ready to put your wellness first by taking some time out, to simply check in - and re-emerge knowing the best is yet to come!!

The Lodging
Encantada Vieques, is a stunning luxury five acre estate bordering the Caribbean sea just west of Esperanza on the Southern side of Vieques. This brand new estated is an open air luxury villa designed by famed architect John Hix which will maximize your time spent enjoying Vieques natural beauty. The home features absolutely stunning views from every room, including five outdoor showers. Lounge in the 94 foot infinity pool, enjoy roof deck yoga and sunsets, walk down to Coco Beach or the village just down the road.
Encantada is only 2 minutes from the Malecon in Esperanza yet still offers the serenity and seclusion you will love right on our own private beach!
Melt into fluffy white comforters and well appointed accommodations. Each suite provides conveniences such as complimentary high-speed wireless Internet, AC, Smart TV’s, washing machines & dryers, full kitchens, private garden view, private beach front access, hair dryers, amenities, fans, ocean view, beach view, mountain views - rooftop deck and grounds for quiet strolls; free on-site, gated parking.
Enjoy the night sky and see the Milky Way, Mars, Saturn and Jupiter clearly and you'll realize how everywhere you usually travel has light pollution that ruins your star views. When you wake up in the morning you may see wild horses walking along the beach and hear waves crashing on the shore.
At dusk, AKA "golden hour" you'll see the most beautiful sunsets reflected on the clouds and the coconut palm trees reaching up towards the sky west of the property!!
The Food
In collaboration with our favorite San Juan and Vieques farms, we are more than excited to source everything we need, as fresh as possible for you on this tropical reset adventure! Arriving a few days early to gather everything as fresh as possible, feel relaxed in knowing all meals are handmade, fresh, plant based, anti-inflammatory & curated on site by our nationally recognized plant based chef & founder of True North Juice co., Liz right on site!
This adventure is meant to raise your vitality so know - you will be fed well, fed clean, fed mouthwatering meals, juices and snacks that will help to reset your body and mind. Our kitchen is industrial in size, open and available for cooking classes, q & a the entire time. We will welcome you into the kitchen to help and have lots of time to sit and discuss strategies and or road blocks over the long haul. The goal is that this trip will be a place to start, that you leave Vieques not only feeling amazing but have tools to help you stay that way for a long time!
Outside meal times fresh fruit and snacks will be available - know our goal is to nourish you, not starve you. Learn the difference between the two!
All meals served will be collected into a cookbook just for you!!
Surrounding Area & Travel
Tucked away on the Caribbean side of Puerto Rico, the island of Vieques is one of the offshore Islands of Puerto Rico. Puerto Rico is the hub for major airlines serving the Caribbean so you will find daily flights from most major cities in the USA and Europe. From Puerto Rico ( SJU) travel is convenient with various options of getting to the island.
NO PASSPORT IS REQUIRED for US Citizens
Puerto Rico is a Free Commonwealth of the US and is the most convenient and hassle free destination in the Caribbean so pack your bags, book a flight and get ready for an unforgettable vacation!
Flying Is the most convenient way of getting to Vieques. Once you arrive at the San Juan Airport ( SJU), you have four flying options to the airport in Vieques - the easiest of which is to book a connecting flight from SJU.
If you arrive in San Juan a few days early to shop around and prefer to fly from a different airport than San Juan, here are some other options to look into. Once on island TRANSPORTATION WILL BE PROVIDED FOR YOU.

Enjoy a ton to do - and lots of time to do nothing too! While on Vieques, we are blessed to have on site an incredible compound with a rooftop yoga deck as well as poolside access for movement - as well as beachfront for spaces to work with, a team of super fun fitness professionals (local and non local) that will join us on location and a variety of classes to ground you down, keep you moving and feeling balanced during your entire stay.
**PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN YOGA MAT to the island with you.
* Participation in classes and activities is optional throughout the retreat. All levels welcome and will be hand tailored to the level of energy as we move through our stay!
