Find the spirit of PURA VIDA with inspiring yoga, relaxation, delicious food and playful adventures in one of my favorite countries on earth. Join me on this amazing adventure at Encantada on the beautiful Esterillos Este beach. I will guide you in daily yoga practices in the beach front, open air yoga rancho while the crew at Encantada will prepare amazing meals and set up other dreamy optional activities like a monkey mangrove tour, horseback riding, waterfall hikes, zip lining, astrology readings, great surf lessons and massages.


Prices are based on double occupancy.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of $500
  • The deposit is fully refundable if the booking is canceled more than 120 days before start date of the retreat.
  • The deposit will be refunded at 50% if the booking is canceled 90-120 days prior to the start date of the retreat.
  • The deposit will be refunded at 25% if the booking is canceled 60-90 days prior to the start date of the retreat.
  • The deposit will not be refunded if canceled less than 60 days prior to the start of the retreat.
  • There is no exception to the cancellation policy including weather, personal emergencies, flight cancellation or delays.  We do suggest purchasing Travel Protection Insurance through your travel agent or WeTravel.com

A sacred cacao ceremony with cacao from a local farm accompanied by a sound bath

A Farewell s'mores Bonfi

Dance around a huge beautiful bonfire, roast marshmallows and hug all your new friends until you meet again

Yoga has been a part of my life for over 15 years, and my practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully. I completed my 200 hour training with Yoga Works in Costa Rica and have continued my education with Yoga Journal Conferences, Wanderlust Events and online. I have taught all over California, Mexico and Central America, but I will always be a student of the practice. I am deeply grateful for the loving wisdom my teachers have shared with me. In my classes, I love to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. I seek to help others thrive in life by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga. My hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
