This retreat is a 5-day and 4-night women's gathering in the desert; with daily yoga, meditation, womb wisdom, ceremony & empowering healing circles. The Red Tent is a sacred space for women to honor the womb wisdom and cyclical journey of womanhood. We gather here to share conversation, song, prayer, laughter, connection, and support.
Each day of the retreat will offer a unique opportunity to explore the rich and unique landscape of Sedona through hiking, excursions, cultural activities and seasonal workshops. You are welcome to participate in as little or much as you care to attend! Optional time in town, shopping, and exploring on your own is also encouraged.
Relax in private villa accommodations with a private chef, pool, hot tub and meditation spaces around the property. Shared and private rooming options are available. You may also bring your own tent or car camp (limited spaces)
Your hosts Katelyn & Serenity of Elemental Weavers will hold the sacred space for us to gather and honor the wisdom and journey of our womanhood. Katelyn and Serenity share a deep sisterhood with reverence toward life at the center. They share the magic of ritual and the beauty of cyclical living with their community through Red Tent Women’s Gathering and Lunar Rhythms.
Your coordinator Loren is a world traveler, yogi, retreat leader & soul seekers on the path to joy and enlightenment. Her intention is to share the deep beauty and magic of Sedona with you, while providing the blueprint of a safe & inclusive container for your retreat weekend. No two retreats are ever the same; but guaranteed to provide what your soul is truly seeking. Your hosts care deeply about your experience and providing you with a safe, comfortable, fun and deeply loving space. Our Sedona retreat center is private villa sharing 8 bedrooms, 5 full baths, 2 half baths and a kitchen. Our retreat home provides ample spaciousness, a meditation room, a hot tub, swimming pools and acres of fenced yard and breathtaking views to ourselves.

Katelyn Morris
A student of nature, yoga, womanhood and the mysteries of life– Katelyn curates heartfelt and nurturing offerings to serve her community through education, ritual, and creative expression. Raised in the Appalachian mountains of Pennsylvania, she discovered a great love for the earth that has led her to seek the solace and wisdom of mountains all across the world. The harmony and balance of nature’s intelligent ecosystems endlessly uplift and inspire her. That inspiration fuels her work as a creative, educator, somatic movement practitioner, space holder, & community builder.
Musically trained since childhood, she weaves healing soundscapes into her offerings using voice and a variety of acoustic instruments, honoring the power of sound to ground and center.
She believes that humans are intrinsically woven into the fabric of nature and that the world is currently going through a deep process of remembering this truth.
Serenity Anath
Born with a deep reverence for nature, Serenity has spent her life cultivating meaningful relationships with the plants, trees, waters, animals, and to Spirit. She is passionate about serving her community and people through ceremonial offerings attuned to the lunar cycle. She aims to hold space with compassion and love for your authentic expression.
Serenity was raised in the Native American Church in the Lakota tradition, where she experienced the cyclical journey of life through ceremony and connection to nature and the elements.
Curating her offerings, Serenity draws on various modalities, linages, and life experiences. She creates nurturing spaces through nonviolent communication, way of council, somatic movement, ritual, prayer, song, and community building. She utilizes her knowledge as an herbalist, naturalist, dancer, and creative to cultivate nourishing spaces.
Chef Sharea
Sharea is not only a passionate chef, but a bright spirit who lives closely with the land. She has a deep understanding of how food impacts our body, mind, spirit and overall well being, She has 10 years of experience as a chef working in various food service establishments. Being North American Indigenous, she humbly weaves ceremony and ritual into the spaces she shares in and the food she creates. She loves connecting people back to themselves and the earth, through creating healing spaces, and sharing nourishing food.
Loren Lotus
Your host Loren Lotus has hosted over 30 retreats around the world with Lotus Retreats! She's a passionate yogi, facilitator and event organizer who puts her entire heart and soul into curating spaces for community to gather. Loren will be your host to ensure smooth and flowing days of the retreat weekend to each curated activity, excursion and weaving heart and soul through every moment. She'll also share a Yoga class, Kirtan and prayer throughout the weekend.
Yoga is a practice not only on the mat, but in the kitchen! Nourishing ourselves from the inside out is a HUGE component to a Lotus Retreats week. You will enjoy slow, whole, and organic food hand prepared by our private chef Sharea. Each meal will be intended to nourish the cycles of our wombs in tune with the autumnal season.
Sharea chooses to use seasonal, organic, local and pastured ingredients to nourish those she serves. Feeding bodies and spirits on a cellular and energetic level is her superpower!
Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner will be offered daily, with vegetarian & vegan options available.
We'll also provide juices, teas & water throughout the weekend!
You may opt to bring some of your own food and snacks as well.
During the retreat weekend; we'll practice a variety of Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative and Yin classes tailored to all levels.
- Morning practices consistent of meditation, gratitude journaling, physical Yoga and movement to get our bodies moving and growing for the day.
- Evening practices may consist of more meditation, Yin, Restorative Asana (postures) or music & sound healing to rest and restore the body after a full-day of activities!
Our mission on all Lotus Retreat's is to offer daily yoga classes, workshops and ceremonies to deepen your understanding of Self and leave you feeling empowered and connected to your Truth. All activities are optional yet encouraged. All levels are welcome and beginners are certainly welcome!

Each day of the retreat weekend will offer the opportunity to explore Sedona's best hikes to vortex sites, temple visits & dips in sacred pools and creeks. We'll guide daily hikes and activities highlighting our favorite places and portals around Sedona.
We can't share here, our spots are secret! But we promise our favorite, most sacred sites with the addition of local guides to share ceremony and a glimpse of the sacred nature in relation all around us.
Explore the intricacies of the Blood Mysteries– the golden opportunities we receive as women to step into our cyclical creative power over the course of a lifetime. We will discuss the major feminine archetypes, menstrual/lunar cycle awareness, and womb health in a circular container centered on ceremony + sharing.

Immerse yourself in waves of sound to honor the cyclical nature of life and restore balance within. Listen to crystal sound bowls, chimes, drums, and ancient melodies of the Greek lyre, as you indulge your senses sipping nourishing tea to harmonize your body, mind, and spirit from the inside out.
Experience the heart opening medicinal qualities of the cacao plant in unison with the meditative practice of Kirtan, a traditional call and response of chanting & devotional song.
Your host Loren Lotus sources the cacao straight from its source in Central & South America to share in ceremony with prayer & song. A delightful treat and healing space for all who enter into the heart space with the Spirit of Cacao.

We are here to support you fully in arriving safely to Sedona, Arizona. We provide a shared google document for all guests to input their arrival & departure information. Many guests like to communicate with other guests traveling in the same time and can arrange to share rides and rental cars!
