On this 8 day/7 night adventure, you will visit all the best that Athens, Naxos and Santorini have to offer! We have worked with our GLTer-owned local partner, Blue and White Dream Tours, to hand-pick activities to give you a taste of the local culture, while checking off your bucket list! 🇬🇷

As a bonus- you can get your very own Instagram-worthy flying dress photos in Santorini! It is an additional cost to your package, and we have negotiated the best rates for the group! 

As much as we want for this trip to go exactly as planned, we can not plan for complications that arise especially due to inclement weather or closures due to extenuating circumstances like Covid-19. 

While we hope all attendees choose to get vaccinated against Covid 19 - we are not requiring proof of vaccination for this trip.  

We do require a NEGATIVE ANTIGEN COVID TEST 72 hours prior to arrival.  Photos of at-home tests are acceptable. Please email tests to glttrips.covid@gmail.com.

Girls LOVE Travel will not be giving any refunds for those who test positive and are not able to join the trip. We highly encourage travel insurance to cover instances like this. 

We will do our very best to make onsite scheduling adjustments as needed, but please note that all listed and intended activities are weather and trail permitting.  No refunds will be given if an activity has to be cancelled or adjusted. 

Additionally, the tour is listed as a package, and no price adjustments will be given if someone wants to "opt-out" of an included activity.

Your spot is confirmed upon the payment of a deposit of $450 on your package. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. 

Full payment for this trip is due 60 days prior to arrival.

In the event that you need to cancel your trip, these fees will be applied:

• Between Now- 60 days out, GLT retains only nonrefundable deposit ($450)

• Between 60-46 days before your arrival date, GLT retains 50% of the entire tour price 

• Between 45-31 days before your arrival date, GLT retains 75% of the entire tour price 

• Starting 30 days before, GLT retains 100% of the entire tour price 

Add ons can be added to your package until 31 days out. After 30 days, add-ons are non-refundable. 

Please note that these are only a recommendation, and are not required. We understand that flights can be tricky, and that you may need to arrive outside of these times. 

(Please note- the trip starts in Athens and ends in Santorini.  Most of our previous guests did roundtrip flights to/from Athens. Be sure to give yourself at least 3 hours at the Athens airport when flying back from Santorini and connecting to your flight back home. There are multiple daily flights on budget airlines between Santorini and Athens)

Arrival: 

We recommend arriving to the airport (ATH) before 3pm on day 1 so you have time to arrive, head to the hotel and check in before the food tour that night.

Departure: 

We recommend departing from the airport (JTR) after 12pm on day 8, so you have time to enjoy breakfast at the hotel before you leave.

If you need to come in early or stay an extra night due to flight times- you can add these to your package up to 30 days before your trip on WeTravel.

Travel is unpredictable. We highly encourage travel insurance using a "CANCEL FOR ANY REASON" policy.  Our team uses and trusts Trawick International for our personal travel insurance.

Take your airport transfer to the hotel, get settled in, and get ready to eat!

We are excited to work with our dear friend and GLTer Anna to taste our way around Athens on a custom food tour with Athens Food on Foot. You'll learn about typical Greek foods, as well as learn more about Greece. 

Our past GLTers loved this experience, and we can't wait for you to kick off this trip with her!

After you're full and happy, you can get recommendations for night life, or head home and rest up. We've got lots of activities on the horizon!

After breakfast at the hotel, we're getting to know Athens!

The day will start with a locally-run Acropolis and Athens tour.  Learn about the history and get photos of this incredible complex. Be sure to bring good walking shoes and water, it can be hot! 

After a history-filled morning, you have the afternoon and evening to yourself! Feel free to go shopping, look for souvenirs, or relax at the hotel. We understand jet lag is a thing, and we want you to have options. 

Your guides can help give recommendations for restaurants and things to do, as needed!

After breakfast, we are headed to the airport to fly to Naxos!

Naxos is the largest of the Cyclades islands, and is an off-the-beaten path island with beauty and history that will blow your mind. It flies under the radar, and is a local secret!

This 55 minute flight will get you to the island by lunch time, and give you more time to explore all this destination has to offer.

Upon arrival, our group will head to a local lunch as a welcome to the island.

After lunch, we will settle into our accommodations. The guides will be willing to show the group the nearby castle and old town around sunset if you are interested! 

Grab dinner where you please, with recommendations from the guides. Have a relaxing evening on Greece's beautiful "Island of the Gods".

To start the morning, we will have an optional sunrise fitness session run by one of our guides. It is sure to be beautiful.

After the session, we will have breakfast and get ready to set sail!

We will be taking a catamaran around Naxos and the surrounding areas. Get ready to swim, soak up the sun, and see beautiful views! The experience will include lunch. 

We will arrive back to the hotel in the late afternoon/evening. You have an open evening to relax, grab dinner, and do any activities you wish!

We will have another option for a sunrise fitness session to start the day!

After the session, we will have breakfast and get ready for the day.

Today is your day, and you have options! We are planning to visit one of the many famous beaches on Naxos. 

If you are wanting something more active, we have some options available for an extra cost. There are options to ride an ATV, hike, or even go horseback riding. More information about these options will be available closer to the trip. 

After a day of fun, we will get ready for an optional traditional Greek dinner as a group. There is usually live music and dancing at this spot, so get ready!

We are heading to Santorini! 

In the morning, we will board the ferry in Naxos, and embark on the 2 hour journey to Santorini. 

On arrival, we can settle into our accommodations, relax, and explore the area around the hotel. 

In the evening, we will head to Oia to experience one of the world's most famous sunsets! You will have the option to explore Oia a little after sunset.

After an early breakfast, those who signed up for the flying dress experience will have an early start. You'll feel like a princess with your flying dress, with the blue and white domes behind you! (This experience is an extra cost, and can be added from the "add on" section of the booking page)

For those not taking part in the flying dress experience, our guides can give recommendations for activities and things you can do for the day! 

As the photoshoots come to an end, you will have a free afternoon to shop, explore, or relax before dinner.

In the evening, we will head to our farewell dinner, to celebrate and awesome trip and the new friendships made!

After a fabulous trip, it is time to head home!

After breakfast, you can head to the Santorini airport to begin your journey home.
