Your spot on this trip will be secured when we receive a deposit of $1000.  Upon receipt, the deposit paid is nonrefundable and non-transferable. This covers upfront costs for the VIP ticket and other vendors due to this busy busy weekend.

Cancellation and Refunds

In the event that you need to cancel your trip, these fees will be applied:

• Between Now-121 days before your arrival date, GLT retains only nonrefundable deposit 

• Between 120-61 before your arrival date, GLT retains 50% of the entire tour price 

• Between 60 and duration of trip, GLT retains 100% of the entire tour price.

• Style: The costume must be a "quality baroque" outfit, inspired by the style of the 17th and 18th centuries.

• Mask: A mask is mandatory and must be worn upon arrival and throughout the entire ball. It should be an eye mask or one that conceals the face, not a surgical one.

• Enforcement: Admission will be denied to anyone who is not wearing the proper costume and mask.

• Effort: Significant effort is expected in your costume to avoid feeling underdressed and to enhance the overall experience. 
  
  

Note - Girls LOVE Travel tour price does not include a costume or costume rental. However we will help connect you with trusted rental agencies and help you get to a fitting and pick up your rental once in Paris.

Due to the high cost of the VIP tickets and hotel stays -- we are asking for $1000 deposit. This will help us know for sure that we have a group attending and help to cover upfront costs.

If we do not get at least 10 attendees by early Dec 3rd, the trip may be cancelled/rescheduled to 2027.

If this occurs, you will be refunded your deposit. 

Arrive in the City of Lights, where you will be picked up from airport and escorted to your hotel. Settle in, freshen up, and then join the group for a Meet & Greet drink to toast the start of this glamorous getaway.

Fuel your morning with an included breakfast before our fabulous day begins.

The biggie for today is going and trying on your outfit for the ball. We will make sure you have time to make any adjustments that are needed so you are not stressed when it comes time to dress and dance the night away.

• Costume Fitting* – Your transformation starts here. We’ll take you to your rental fitting so your ball look is ready for its royal debut.
  

• French Food – Finalizing a cooking class or food tour to enjoy as our lunch for today.

• Paris Photo Ops – Explore Eiffel Tower views, chic corners, and iconic backdrops to grab the perfect shot.

• Seine River Cruise with Dinner – Conclude the day with a sparkling evening gliding through Paris as the sun sets.
  

• Bank Some Added SLEEP! - Be sure to get some extra sleep tonight... as tomorrow will be a very long day!

This day alone is a dream — and it’s only just beginning.

After breakfast, enjoy a relaxing morning before we depart for Versailles around noon. Check into the hotel, and rest — because tonight is legendary.

We will finalize the timeline as we get closer and secure a photographer to take a group pic! Be sure to EAT a nice full meal and REST as much as you can before getting into your attire for the evening.

Get ready for a night you won't soon forget!!!

This is the night you’ve been dreaming of—gold, glamour, music, mystery, and unforgettable moments inside France’s most legendary palace.

• Getting ready WILL take LONGER than you expect -- so plan accordingly!

• 11:30 pm to DAWN – VIP access & After-Party

After dancing under the stars until sunrise, this day is intentionally left open for rest, rejuvenation, and wandering at your own pace. We’re staying in the same hotel tonight, so there’s no rush, no schedule, no alarms — just the soft glow of Versailles after an unforgettable night.

Sleep in. Sip coffee in a garden café. Journal about the magic you just lived. Or stroll through the palace grounds and hidden corners you didn’t get to see the night before — Versailles in daylight is a masterpiece all its own.

In the evening, we’ll reunite for a warm and celebratory Farewell Dinner, sharing stories, laughter, and reflections from the most enchanting night of our lives.

This day is all about connection, recovery, and savoring the beauty around you.

Wake up slowly and savor your final morning in Versailles with an included breakfast. After a weekend of glamour, dancing, and unforgettable memories, today is all about ease.

We’ll make our way back to Paris between 9:00–10:00 a.m., returning together to the city where our fairytale began.

Depending on your costume shop’s hours, your rentals may have been returned for you on Sunday — but if not, we’ll handle the returns today before everyone parts ways.

From here we will say our goodbyes. You can head straight to the airport*… or indulge in an optional extra night in Paris to wander, dine, or simply bask in the glow of the trip a little longer. Imagine one last sunset at the Seine, a quiet stroll through Montmartre, or a celebratory brunch with new friends before heading home.

This final day is a soft landing — a moment to reflect, hug hard, and carry the magic with you long after Paris fades from view.
