Your spot on this trip will be secured when we receive a deposit of $500.  Upon receipt, the deposit paid is nonrefundable and non-transferable.

The remaining balance is due by 60 days before departure date. 

We will be happy to set up a payment plan that works for you.

Cancellation and Refunds

In the event that you need to cancel your trip, these fees will be applied:

• Between Now-61 days before your arrival date, GLT retains only nonrefundable deposit 

• Between 60 and 46 days before your arrival date, GLT retains 50% of the entire tour price  

• Between 45 and 31 days before your arrival date, GLT retains 75% of the entire tour price 

• Between 30 days and duration of trip, GLT retains 100% of the entire tour price 

Arrival: We are starting our journey with a pick up from Ivalo Airport. The easiest way to get there for our international travelers is to fly into Helsinki and then take a connecting flight to Ivalo. 

Departure: Depart from Rovaniemi Airport after 12 pm so you can have time to enjoy breakfast, transfer to the airport and depart. Individual transfers to airport arranged with pick-up from the hotel.

This trip is subject to a minimum attendance requirement. Therefore we recommend you contact us before you book your flight.  

In the event that we do not reach the minimum number, the trip may be cancelled/rescheduled. If this occurs, you will be refunded your deposit. 

Upon arrival at Ivalo airport, you'll be greeted by our friendly local guide who will take you to the charming Aurora Village. 

Settle into your cozy Glass Roof Aurora Cabin, where you’ll have a front-row seat to the night sky. Enjoy a delicious dinner on the property, and with a little luck, you’ll get to watch the Northern Lights dance above you, all from the comfort of your bed under the starlit skies.

Start your day with breakfast and taking some time to admire Aurora Village. 

We will later embark on a two-hour private snowmobile safari, journeying through Arctic winter forests and across a frozen river, where you’ll encounter the serene beauty of Lappish nature. Keep your camera with you! There are a couple of stops for taking amazing photos and chatting with your guide about life in Lapland.

Continue exploring on your own until dinner time at Aurora Cabin.

After breakfast, we set out on our Husky safari in Lappish nature. Your husky musher will meet you at the Aurora Village reception and escort you to a nearby husky farm. After a brief instruction on how to control the sleds, you and a partner will take turns riding and mushing. At the halfway point, enjoy hot drinks and the chance to swap places before returning.

We will be transferring from Aurora Village to the Arctic SnowHotel, one of the largest snow hotels in the world, entirely crafted from ice and snow each year. Your stay includes a guided tour of the hotel, overnighting instructions, a wake-up service for Northern Lights sightings upon request, the option to use the traditional Finnish sauna, and entrance to Snowman World. 

For dinner, we will be experiencing 3-course dinner at the Ice Restaurant, a spectacular ice-carved building, with temperatures ranging from 0 to -5°C, so be sure to dress warmly.

Take the morning to continue explore more of the Arctic SnowHotel property before we head to Santa Holiday Village. 

Later in the evening, you get to experiencing your own private Aurora ice floating session. You’ll be dipped into a frozen lake under the Northern Lights, surrounded by the purest Arctic nature. Wrapped in a high-quality rescue suit that keeps you warm and dry, you’ll float for about 10 minutes, fully immersed in the peaceful, serene surroundings. 

If the skies are clear, you’ll be treated to the stunning sight of stars—and with a bit of luck, you might even witness the breathtaking Northern Lights above.

Enjoy a day at leisure to explore the magical Santa Claus Village. You can feed the reindeer, meet Santa himself, and discover all the festive activities the village has to offer.

For our last night in Finland, we're excited to do a bar crawl : Roy Club- Karaoke bar, Oliver’s Corner- Irish pub, Bull Bar- good happy hour-live music, Rock Restaurant Grande-bar/club.
