You will need a valid passport that expires after July 20, 2026, to participate in this trip. If you do not currently have one, please apply by August 2025 to give them enough time to process it and send it back to you. You will need to take a photo to submit with your passport application. These can be taken at CVS, Walgreens, Passport App or the Post Office where you schedule your appointment. The process is just a few simple steps and the fee for a new passport is $145.

While you can cancel your package at any time, all payments made are non-refundable and non-transferrable. The only option to protect your trip and receive a refund is to purchase travel insurance on your own. 

Insurance coverage varies by companies, but overall though, travel insurance protects your non-refundable trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as your flight getting cancelled/delayed, missed connection, some weather or your baggage getting lost. The second reason to purchase insurance is the medical coverage. Most US insurance companies do not cover any medical issues, treatment or hospitalization that happens overseas.  

It is best to purchase insurance within 7 days of booking your nonrefundable trip. A great site to use is Squaremouth.com which compares policies from several top-rated companies. There are policies as low as $20 and make sure to include the cost of your flight in your estimated coverage as well. Cancel for Any Reason Insurance will be higher and is preferred. 

You do not need a roommate to book this trip. Single travelers or those who do not have a roommate right now but are ready to book the Early Bird Special can do the following:

1. Upgrade to a single room and pay the additional fee. 

2. Join our Roommate Match Program and book double occupancy. We will match you with another person that is also traveling solo.

For both options: If you find a roommate later then you can make the necessary changes. 

FINAL PAYMENT DUE DECMEBER 15, 2025

A nonrefundable deposit of $100 is due to book and reserve your spot.  Book early to guarantee your spot and keep your monthly payments low. Rooms are limited and once they're full, all bookings will be based on hotel availability and current prices.
