You will need a valid passport that expires after October 2026 to participate in this trip. If you do not currently have a passport, please apply as soon as possible but no later than October 2025 to give them enough time to process it and send it back to you. You will need to take a photo to submit with your passport application. These can be taken at CVS, Walgreens, Passport App or the Post Office where you schedule your appointment. 

The process is just a few simple steps and the fee for a new passport is $145.

FINAL PAYMENT: March 5, 2026

A non-refundable deposit of $100 is due to book this trip and lock in the current rate. The remaining balance is split into non-refundable payments with final payment due no later than March 5, 2026. Monthly payments are required to avoid cancellation and package can be paid in full at any time.

While you can cancel your package at any time, all payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable.  The best option to protect your trip and receive a refund is to purchase travel insurance on your own.  Insurance coverage varies by companies, in addition to, the individual policy you purchase. Overall though, travel insurance protects your non-refundable trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as your flight getting cancelled/delayed, missed connection or your baggage getting lost. The second reason to purchase insurance is the medical coverage. Most US insurance companies do not cover any medical issues, treatment or hospitalization that happens overseas.  

It is best to purchase insurance within 7 days of booking your trip. A great site to use is Squaremouth.com which compares policies from several top-rated companies. There are policies as low as $20 and make sure to include the cost of your flight in your estimated coverage as well. Cancel for Any Reason Insurance will be higher and is highly recommended.
