All tours must be booked and paid at least 48 hours in advance.
This allows us to coordinate with our restaurant partners and ensure the best experience for you.
That said — if you’re booking last minute, feel free to reach out. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, depending on guide and venue availability.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are non-refundable.
However, we understand that plans can change. If you notify us before the tour starts, we’ll be happy to:
Reschedule your tour to another available date, or
Issue an open-date voucher valid for 1 year from the original booking date.
No-shows (without prior notice) will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Last-minute cancellations (same day) are also non-refundable, as all reservations are pre-confirmed with our restaurant partners.
