This Sicilian adventure is a feast for the senses! Our home base is a 17th century farmhouse in the rolling hills of central Sicily. We'll practice yoga + meditation, learn how to cultivate mindfulness and our intuition, and receive mini reiki treatments during restorative yoga classes.
Our private chef lovingly prepares vegetarian meals made from our farm's fresh ingredients (there will be eggs + cheese!). Our senses will be further awakened on the many excursions included on this trip. We'll visit the UNESCO world heritage site of the Valley of the Temples and the hilltop town of Agrigento; visit the beach town of Cefalu; and spend a day in Palermo with our local expert.
