Dearest friend, daughter, mother, sister, lover, colleague, giver and creator of love and life: We wholeheartedly welcome you to a weekend of deep restoration and nourishment in community.
With each retreat, we are reweaving the world we wish to belong to. One where there is time, space, wisdom, awe in connection with nature, rest and support. One where there is a high value for us as women to have space each season to reconnect inwards and together.
This year, I’m so happy will be hosting my annual Fall retreat in collaboration with Willow Camp.
Together with Lovisa and Kaylina, our hosts at Willow Camp, I invite you to consider joining us for a weekend of mindfulness and yoga, wild nature beauty, exploration and play at this magical property and on the beach, delicious, delicious food! sound healing, sauna time and deep restoration.
By this time of year, for many of us, our bodies and minds are really craving a break. After Spring, Summer and the back to work/ school season, this transition of the seasons is when our bodies follow nature’s rhythms and crave a slower pace. Many of us desire this slowness, and it can be hard to feel and create on our own. As humans and particularly for women, we’re wired for connection, we want to feel the presence of loving community. To be guided into practices to reconnect with our body in an easeful way, to feel, sense, smell and taste beauty, to listen to birdsong. To let ourselves feel the earth’s rhythms slowing down, and to lean into the liminal space that is November, this transition time where we prepare our mind and body for winter, and to lean into the structure of a retreat weekend and the supportive guidance of teachers. It’s incredibly powerful, in a feminine, nourishing kind of way.
And you’ll be in great company! Many people attending are returning retreaters, and we design the retreat with a lot of care and intention for you to feel at home here. And with the timing being a couple weeks before Thanksgiving, this retreat comes at an opportune time for you to be cared for and tended before the holiday season.
You matter. Your restoring and being supported matters!
Fall in Stinson: Bright days and cool nights. Stinson Beach typically has dry, high 60s weather in early November and is a sweet spot to catch the last of the Fall sun. Willow Camp also has several large indoor spaces to enjoy meals, sit by the fire, hang with friends and rest.
Slowing down, together. An opportunity to slow down and reconnect to slower rhythms. We all deserve to take time to retreat from our day to day responsibilities, to simplify, and to be held by the earth, the ocean, community, and guides.
Peaceful, powerful mornings. Grounding meditations in nature, soulful, yoga and strength classes. Guided practices so you can breathe and move intuitively, gracefully, fluidly.
Afternoons in the wild. Recharging with beach hangs by the ocean, the heated pool overlooking the ocean, hiking the gorgeous trails, and/or making art with plant dies.
Sunset Practices. Late afternoon slow restorative yoga, chanting, and sound baths.
Beautiful evenings: Mouthwatering meals, enjoyed slowly. Conscious conversations and collective gathering. Campfire songs, followed by dreaming under the stars...
Nature, embodied movement practices, breath and sisterhood are the medicine for this weekend retreat.
Nature Escape: Willow Camp sits directly on the bluff above Stinson Beach, set between the beautiful pacific ocean and the redwood covered mountains. There is easy access to sandy beaches & hiking trails. Just walk out our back gates and you are in the beach parking lot, or across the street and you are on the trail!
Historic Place The lodge was built in 1917 & has hosted many famous guests over the years, attracted to the charm and beautiful grounds of the property.
Spaces to gather & find peace: From sun-soaked gardens, beautiful fireplaces, a pool overlooking the ocean, or resting in a hammock - there is plenty of space to connect and find peace. The beauty of Willow Camp is getting lost in the magical little spaces around the property.
Close Yet Secluded: Just 45 minutes from the Golden Gate Bridge, Willow Camp offers the feeling of a faraway escape without the long travel time.
