MY WHY...
My personal mission is to empower and restore women through faith-based yoga classes, workshops, and retreats. I love to encourage women to give themselves permission to take a break and do something life-giving that feeds their souls. This is not just a vacation.

HSA is employing the highest standards of sanitization and hygiene using EPA approved products which are also accepted by Mexico’s Secretaria de Salud (Secretary of Health). They are following CDC guidelines and the practices promoted by the American Hotel & Lodging Association “Safe Stay” Advisory Council.
Testing -
COVID testing to enter Mexico or return to the states is not required.
The Hacinda San Angel restaurant will be open to the public for dinner in the evenings.
Proper attire is required for dinner.
For most rooms, choose from either single or double occupancy.

3:00 p.m. Arrive in Puerto Vallarta and your diver will take you to Hacienda San Angel where you will settle in and enjoy a welcome drink & snack followed by a tour of the venue.
5:00 p.m. Brief Orientation followed by Slow Flow Yoga
7:30 p.m. Dinner
6:00 a.m. Self-serve fruit, coffee, & tea available
8:30 a.m. Depart hotel for Bike And Eat Your Way Through Vallarta. This 3-hour bike tour includes tasting regional dishes influenced by Aztec, Mayan, Toltec, and Spanish cuisine. Ride around Vallarta and try regional tastings from carnitas, asada, barbacoa, local chocolate, tuba, nieves and craft beer from a local brewery. Explore Vallarta’s most important sites such as Old Town, Rio Cuale, Malecon, Muertos Pier, Guadalupe church and much more. (This tour is designed for moderate fitness levels; helmets provided.)
12:30 p.m. Tour ends. Return to the hotel and rest, relax by the pool, or explore the Malecon (boardwalk) on your own.
4:30 – 5:15 p.m. Restorative Yoga & Christian Meditation
6:00 p.m. Meet in the courtyard area for group photo (please wear white)
6:25 p.m. Depart for dinner at surprise, upscale location 😊 (resort wear / proper attire; no athletic wear)
6:00 a.m. Self-serve coffee, fruit & pastries available
8:00 a.m. Yoga & Journaling Prompts
9:30 a.m. Breakfast
11:00 a.m. We will head to the secluded Sabal Playa Beach Club for lunch and an afternoon at a beautiful beach in the Nuevo Vallarta area located far from the noisy beaches of downtown. Choose to walk for miles on the beach, stop by one of the souvenir shacks on the water for some shopping, or hop on one of the club’s kayaks or paddle boards, or just hang out at the pool. (This is near my in-laws’ place, so I know the beach well.) You can also rent a jet ski or go parasailing.
5:30 p.m. Return to the Hacienda San Angel
8:15 p.m. Dinner at the Hotel
6:00 a.m. Self-serve coffee, fruit & pastries available
8:00 a.m. Yoga and Journaling Prompts
9:30 a.m. Breakfast
ALL DAY: Massage Day at the hotel and Free Time! Enjoy your included massage, then hang out at one of the three beautiful pools at HSA, journal, rest, or venture out on your own.

5:15 p.m. Depart for 3-hour Farewell Sunset Dinner Cruise with a full traditional Mexican dinner. Departs from Los Muertos Pier where we will take a water taxi out to the boat. The cruise is on a fun, newly remodeled, upgraded yacht with extra open seating, a slide, paddle boards, etc.
9:30 Return to Los Muertos Pier; walk around the Malecon
10:30 p.m. Return to the hotel
