Blue Spirit is located in one of the world’s Blue Zones© which inspired the name Blue Spirit. While visiting Blue Spirit, you will feel the resonance of a vibrant, inspiring, and healing energy, because of the rich subtropical environment, and the cultural lifestyle.

Your stay at Blue Spirit offers you a comfortable and elegant accommodation of your choice, delicious gourmet local and healthy cuisine, a salt-water infinity pool, koi pond, café, gift shop, spa and longevity services, outdoor excursions, and complimentary wireless service.

3x meals per day plus tea/coffee and juices ( locally sourced and plenty of healthy options ) 

Beautiful accommodations in the main Hotel, private cottages or cabins… all steps from the ocean which has a private beach. 

Use of pool, access to spa services, longevity center, beautiful land surrounding the property, 5 yoga studios and more! 

All yoga classes, special guest workshops, and seva (giving back) project 

Some excursions are included such as the beach walk to town 

Other excursions such as paddle boarding/jungle waterfall hike/birdwatching/horseback riding/ etc are extra cost 

Guidance from Sarah and assistant teachers on your daily practice in a held and supported community. This retreat is for all levels of yoga, from a newbie, to advanced. 

*There is a Blue spirit shuttle that runs from Liberia or Nosara airport that we will be able to provide so your journey is perfect and smooth.

All deposits and payments are non-refundable (unless you find a replacement, in which case the payment will be refunded less the first $500) Unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance. It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policies. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the retreat, or for arriving late or leaving early. We reserve the right to cancel retreats with inadequate participant interest, in which case all money paid will be refunded. Notification of cancellation will occur at least 2 months prior to retreat start date. Sarah cannot be held responsible for any personal expenses, such as airline tickets due to changes in itineraries or retreat cancellations.Please also consider: all itineraries are subject to change due to weather, excursions and delays.
