Enjoy an energizing practice that will allow you to enjoy the rest of your day.
Between the first and second yoga class of the day you have time for yourself to relax by the beach or explore the beach surroundings that offer two fun activities, like tide pools, natural clay, waterfall hike, kayak, paddle or what ever your heart desires.
Relax and Renew with a grounding and soothing practice that will help you unwind and have a great night sleep.
You may explore the jungle on a hike that will bring you to a waterfall by walking by the river, you need water friendly shoes such as crooks, neoprene booties or tennis shoes that you don't mind getting wet.
Walk to the other side of the beach and find clay beach where you can have a fun natural spa adventure. Clay beach is beautiful and another site worth visiting.
Explore nearby towns like Sayulita where you can do shopping and experience a beach town vibe full of color and culture.
If conditions are safe and the tides allow it, we might be able to swim inside the tide pools, although sometimes they are covered with sand or the current might be too strong so we can't guarantee this activity will be available during our stay.
