Perfect for those looking to begin their teaching journey, or yogis who wish to deepen their understanding and practice, our expert team will lead you through 200 hours of comprehensive training beginning with a unique retreat weekend in the mountains of Vermont and culminating in a celebratory graduation beach weekend. The program will be a hybrid of in-person sessions (weekends) and remote learning (Wednesday evenings).

Led by Heatwise Senior Instructors Sigrid Pichler and Allegra Romita, who have a combined 22 years of teaching experience, the training will include guest lectures by teachers with various areas of expertise for yogis to learn and explore across many disciplines of yoga.

Specifically designed to ensure a balance of yoga and your personal/professional life, the program bakes in ample time between intensive training weekends for you to have the opportunity to practice, observe, and assist classes, complete all the necessary readings and assigned homework, and find your voice in the classroom. This approach allows for you to truly process, integrate, and apply all that you are learning with each new session.

You will graduate from this training equipped with the knowledge and confidence to structure and deliver a yoga class, as well as a deeper understanding and appreciation of your personal practice.
