Imagine being away from your everyday tasks and surroundings for 3 days, in a lakeside cottage in a quiet village, with 5 other dynamic women, and a singular focus to get something done that you have been meaning to do, wishing to do, but haven't had the time or space for - until now.
You unwind upon arrival, and make a plan for the following days to achieve exactly what you want to get done. Then with deep work periods interspersed with restoring movement and fun excursions, your creative juices flow into your project for days.
That is The Creative Space Retreat.
It is an intimate experience for 5 participants. We will be sharing a lovely cottage on Silver Lake in Western New York, in the town of Perry. That will be our co-work space, our studio, and our peaceful retreat.
We will start each day with a morning ceremonial cacao ritual.
I will lead yoga and meditation for those who wish to join me.
The fridge and pantry will be stocked with your favorite breakfast items.
I will create a master schedule, to include work/studio time, excursions to nearby Letchworth State Park (A.K.A. The Grand Canyon of New York), dinners out, and lunches at the cottage or local cafes.
As a bonus, there will be a pre-retreat online gathering, making this retreat a mini-course in productivity (AKA getting sh*t done!). I will teach you productivity principles including "Deep Work" and the preliminary steps to take before the retreat to be sure you get the most out it, and leave feeling deeply accomplished.

It's where you step away from the noise, surround yourself with support, and finally do the thing—with clarity, focus, and a little lakeside magic.
No refunds can be guaranteed for cancellations after September 10th. If there is a wait list, I will offer your space to someone else and refund you only if it is filled.
You can choose to work Saturday and Sunday, leaving Sunday night or Monday morning, or work Monday as well and head out Monday evening. Or get a day pass!
Your breakfast faves and morning beverages will be stocked at the cottage. Lunches and dinners will be on your own dime but I will have them planned, and preapproved by the group.
We'll create your individual plan for the retreat before you arrive and make adjustments as needed..
I will teach you the principles of Deep Work so that you can maximize this time and get done what you want to achieve.

I am happy to lead yoga, breathwork and meditation as part of each day if the group is interested.
We will check in periodically to keep everyone on track.
I will be there soley for support, to get what you need and do what you ask. Proofreading? Sure! More coffee? On it!

Plan to arrive in Perry at the cottage Friday evening, 6 or later, or early on Saturday.
Meals will be thoughtfully planned with a mix of local spots and take-out. Each person will cover their own as we go.
We can carpool to outside experiences and dinners, so you may get a ride and may drive to some.
Plan to arrive in Perry after 6 on Friday evening, or by 9 a.m. on Saturday.
Saturday will be the first work/play day!
