Day 1

Transportation to the Amazon Jungle of Cuyabeno

We're going to the Cuyabeno Amazon Jungle via bus. We will stop a couple of times during the twelve-hour journey so you may obtain food and drink and use the restroom.

Day 2

Entering The Amazon Jungle Reserve

The journey starts at around 12 p.m. at the Cuyabeno reserve gate and lasts for around three hours as we ride down the river to our lodge while searching for monkeys, birds, and other wildlife. Midday meal and leisure time. You will swim, take in the sunset, and explore the river and lagoons in the afternoon in search of additional wildlife. You will go on a canoe trip at night to look for caimans. evening meal. Every evening, our naturalist guide will offer a variety of lectures on topics related to the Amazon rainforest, such as "Culture and communities, flora, fauna, and conservation," for any of our guests who are interested in knowing more.

Hiking The Amazon Jungle

Following breakfast in the morning, you will go on a four-hour stroll in the primary forest with a naturalist guide who will provide you with information on various species of birds, frogs, insects, and medicinal plants. At the camp, have lunch and unwind. You will experience the distinctiveness of nature as you explore the waterways in a traditional rowing canoe in the afternoon. You will take in the river's sunset, and if the weather permits, you could even spot some pink dolphins. Get ready for the night hike by returning to the lodge. Supper. You will get the chance to learn about and sample some traditional beverages of the Amazon this evening. 


Day 4

Leaving The Cuyabeno Amazon Jungle

We will walk along the river early in the morning to see the sunrise and look for birds. You will return to the camp after this activity, have breakfast, and have some time to arrange your bags. After that, you'll paddle the canoe back and spend around two hours searching for other wildlife along the Cuyabeno River. At the reserve's entrance, which is about 11 a.m., you may board a transport back to Quito. Our tour is finish.
