The cost per person for the hotel, round trip transportation to and from the Dubai Airport, as well as transportation to all the scheduled tours and excursions, tax and driver's tip is based on double occupancy (two in a room) $2,150.00 per person.

Rooms with 2 beds are VERY limited and are by REQUEST ONLY. When making your reservation, please indicate "2 beds" in your reservation and someone from Moe's Travel Connection will contact you and let you know if your request has been approved. Until the room is confirmed by MTC, 2 beds can not be guaranteed.

All travelers will need to download "WhatsApp"--an application that allows you to make phone calls or text FREE using cell mobile data. To ensure that a MTC representative can contact you while in Dubai and your driver can reach you to find you at the airport or hotel to pick you up. You must have a way to be contacted. The preferred method in Dubai is using What's App.
To download the app, go to your app store on your phone (App store for iPhone, Google Play store for Android).
You can make FREE payments by using your bank account and routing number from your bank. However, if you choose to pay with a credit card or debit card number, a small processing fee per transaction will be applied by the third party merchant company.
After making your second payment, you will be enrolled into a payment plan. All payments should be made as suggested to prevent cancellation. Without written communication to Moe's Travel Connections, no payment extensions will be granted and your reservation will be canceled WITHOUT refund. Please contact the agency immediately if you have any questions or concerns about your payment plan.
Your first two deposits of $250 PP ($500.00) will not be refundable without you purchasing and putting in a claim with the Travel Insurance Company. The hotel requires a non refundable $500.00 pp to secure the hotel room. If you would like to switch names and have someone to go in your place you are able to do so.
Anything above your $500.00 PP deposit, it could be refunded by the agency. After the final payment date of November 15, 2027, NO REFUNDS; any cancellations after the final payment date requires a claim to be submitted to the insurance company.

The Dubai Mall is considered the largest mall in the world by total area, boasting over 12 million square feet with more than 1,200 stores, an aquarium, ice rink, and access to the Burj Khalifa, (The Tallest Building in the world) though it's so massive it feels like multiple malls in one.
We will spend a few hours here in the morning & early afternoon. Then back to the hotel to freshen up for our Saturday night All White Party aboard a Super Yacht Sunset Cruise with dinner & drinks.

After we explore the Abu Dhabi City Tour; we will relax at one of their "Man Made Beaches" in the desert and then ending our day with a delicious Barbeque Buffet Dinner.
After breakfast, we're going on another shopping tour. So much to see and buy in Dubai. Then back to the hotel to freshen up and get ready for our thrilling desert safari ride through the Arabian Desert. Before our outdoor dinner in the desert and live entertainment under the stars, let's take a quick camel ride for our photo op.
Dubai is located within the vast Arabian Desert, specifically featuring large sandy dunes that transition from fine white sand near the coast to iron-oxide tinged red dunes further inland, leading towards the Empty Quarter (Rub' al Khali).

This day is "your" day to do what ever you like. We have made arrangements with the local witness that has a transportation business to take you in smaller groups where you would like to go in the area. Their rate of transportation will vary depending where it is you would like to go. Their transportation fees are not included in our package.
To keep things organized, we need to know ahead of time how many would like to group up and have a repeat visit to a location some where. They may need to schedule multiple smaller personal vehicles or vans to take individuals around.
We will advise in the future what the deadline will be for making personal transportation arrangements.
