This fun filled weekend will be packed with opportunities to explore a fabulous resort, enjoy entertainment events, on & off site excursions, and relax in an enjoyable tropical setting.
Stay at One, Play at Three Resorts! We are staying at the The Palladium complex, an expansive beachfront all-inclusive resort complex that includes the Grand Palladium Punta Cana, Grand Palladium Bavaro, Grand Palladium Palace and the TRS Turquesa. You will have access to the 3 Palladium resorts where you can access all the pools, restaurants, bars, etc. The VIP property is the TRS Turquesa. Staying at the TRS allows you availability and access to all 4 resorts. This is a VIP experience with Butler Suites and 24-hour VIP service should you choose this particular property.
What is all-inclusive? It means all your food and drinks including "adult beverages" are included in the price. Eat at one of the 13 restaurants and drink all you can handle at one of the 25 bars on the property. Bring some tip money and some pocket change if you want to check something off your bucket list like zip-lining through tropical forests or horseback riding along the beach. You can also relax by one of the 15 pools, put your feet up at the beach, or enjoy the daily complimentary activities and nightly shows! Oh and did we mention there is a casino on the complex. Go try your luck!

Dress code for gentlemen: shirts with sleeves (no tanks) and long pants are required in all à la carte restaurants. It is requested that men do not wear sandals. Alcoholic beverages are not sold to minors (minimum drinking age is 18 years old).

1. Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Policies.
2. All payments to Langford Travel, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Our packages include multiple vendors with various cancellation policies. PURCHASE CANCEL FOR ANY REASON INSURANCE within 21 days of making your deposit to protect your money in case you need a refund. COVID-19 just shut the entire world down. Be prepared for the unexpected.
3. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport!
4. The payment schedule is required to keep your reservation current (Automatic payments).
5. Choose your roommate wisely. You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
6. You can log onto WeTravel 24 hours to review your account. Name corrections after final payment will incur a $100 change fee..
7. All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
DEPOSIT!

1. Any reservations made after the deposit deadline are subject to room availability and current pricing as imposed by the resort.
2. All roommates must pay the deposit for the room to be reserved.
3. Payments are invoiced through WeTravel (a secure payment portal). You will receive payment email reminders to the email address used to register.
4. If you need to make any changes to your reservation, please do so by email only to info@langfordtravelagency.com. We are here to make your experience as seamless as possible. We understand that sometimes things do not go as planned.
5. Participation in the activities for Greater Georgia Black Chamber of Commerce can only be purchased from the organizers of the group. Packages are not al la carte. Only registered guests are permitted to participate in any of the activities.
If you cancel your reservation, the package is non-refundable. Langford Travel, LLC has negotiated special pricing with vendors that will not allow us to obtain refunds. This way we can keep your packages low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation/event. We like "happy clients"! Although you may not be able to attend this trip, we'd love to have you back in the near future. See Travel Protection Insurance below.
Covid-19 has taught us that "anything can happen". Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Therefore, we highly recommend Travel Protection that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expenses and more. You are required to select and purchase travel insurance for your domestic and international tours. Protect your investment. All credit card payments will incur a standard 2.9% + $.30 transaction fee for Visa/Mastercard or 3.9% + $.30 for AMEX plus 1% to WeTravel for processing. We have just about everything covered. Bring plenty of $1 bills to tip the bartenders, waitresses, bus drivers, etc. They work hard so we don't have to!
After clearing customs, your transportation will be waiting to take you to the Grand Palladium Complex (instructions will be emailed). Arrive early, even if your room isn't ready! The Bellmen will check your bag and you can enjoy the resort. Rest a little and meet at the select location for dinner and entertainment*.
