2.  All payments to Langford Travel, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable.  This is a significant commitment, so we advise you to purchase an insurance plan. A 'CANCEL FOR ANY REASON' Insurance policy offers more options should an unexpected emergency arise and must be purchased within 24 hours to 14 days of making your deposit to protect your investment in case you need a refund.   Be prepared for the unexpected.  There are many travel insurance options available, please select an options that best fits your needs. 

3.  It's essential to make reservations in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. This will help avoid any issues during your travel.  

4.  The payment schedule is required to keep your reservation current.  Monthly automatic payments will be processed to your preferred credit/debit card that you register with.  Our payment processing system is secured and encrypted for your safety and security. 

5.  If sharing a cabin/room with a roommate, choose your roommate wisely.  You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.  NOTE:  Should your roommate cancel, we will update your reservation to a "Single Occupancy" room rate.  You will have an opportunity to add a new roommate if you desire. 

6. You can log onto WeTravel 24 hours a day / 7 days a week to review your account.  Name corrections or changes after final payment will incur a $150.00 change fee.  

7. All late payment requests must be approved by management. Failed or missed payments without prior authorization and accounts that are not current will be charged a $50.00 per person late fee for each incident. 

8.  Langford Travel LLC reserves the right to cancel any reservation with an outstanding past-due payment amount.  Accounts that are past due by two payments will be canceled.  

9.  Cancelled reservations will incur a $100.00 (per person) processing fee to reinstate the booking. Canceled reservations are non-refundable.  Travel protection or travel insurance is highly recommended.  Canceled reservations are subject to price and availability at time of rebooking.

THE FINAL PAYMENT DATE IS MAY 15, 2026

1.  Any reservations made after the deposit deadline are subject to room availability. 

2. ALL room/cabin occupants must pay the deposit to reserve the room. 

3.  Prices are PER PERSON.  Everyone on your reservation or attending MUST book and pay the listed price.  

4. Payments are invoiced through WeTravel, a secure payment processing system developed especially for travelers and travel sellers. You will receive payment reminders at the email address you used to register.

5.  If you need to make any changes to your reservation, please email us at reservations@langfordtravelagency.com.  We are here to make your experience as seamless as possible. We understand that sometimes, things do not go as planned.   Please notify us promptly if you need to adjust your payment due date.  

6. Participation in the experiences can only be purchased from the group organizers. Packages are not sold  à la carte. Only registered guests are permitted to participate in private group activities. 

If you cancel your reservation, payments are non-refundable. Langford Travel LLC has negotiated special pricing with vendors that will not allow us to obtain refunds. This way, we can keep your packages low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.

COVID-19 and the economy have taught us that "anything can happen".  Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse.  Therefore, we highly recommend Travel Protection that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expenses, and more.  

You are highly encouraged to select and purchase travel insurance for your domestic and international tours. Protect your investment. Anything can happen: a missed flight, getting ill while on vacation, or a family emergency. If you choose a "cancel for any reason" policy (and you should), most carriers require that you buy the policy within 24 hrs -14 days of the initial purchase/deposit, and some on the day of your initial deposit. Read the terms of the policy carefully, and if you have any questions, contact the insurance provider at 1-877-906-3950.

PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE HERE

1.  Our vendors require timely payments. We cannot extend credit to anyone making late payments or incurring missed payments. Therefore, we will be enforcing our failed and late payment policy. A fee of $50 (per person listed on the reservation) will be assessed for all late or failed payments. Any account 2 months behind will be canceled. A $100 fee is required to rebook.  

2.  Any changes, such as roommate changes, occupancy changes, category changes, etc., within 90 days of departure will be assessed a $100 change fee per occurrence/incident in addition to any fees charged by the suppliers.  

All credit/debit card payments will incur a standard 2.9% + $.30 transaction fee for Visa/Mastercard or 3.9% + $.30 for AMEX, plus 1% to WeTravel for processing. 

**If a user pays by credit card, the combined transaction and credit card fees are 3.9% +30c (1%+30c + 2.9%) for Visa/Mastercard or 4.9 %+30c (1%+30c + 3.9%) for AMEX plus 1% to WeTravel for processing.**

**BOOKING AN EXPERIENCE PACKAGE RESERVATION**

1.  Are the prices listed "per person" or "per room/cabin"?  Prices listed are "Per Person." Each person listed on the reservation or attending the trip MUST pay the listed price.  

2.  Can my roommate and I book and pay separately?  Absolutely! It's as easy as selecting the DBL occupancy room/cabin category and 1 person at checkout.  Enter your information, and don't forget to list your roommate's name.  Pay your deposit, and you're all set.  Your roommate will follow the same steps, and we'll pair each of you in your room. Remember, it's important to select the same room/cabin type and list each other as roommates.  If the room/cabin type is not available, send us an email or give us a call at (470) 659-6193 so that we can assist you. 

3.  If my roommate cancels, what should I do?  You can get another roommate or transfer to a single occupancy room category.  You will be responsible for paying the difference in price should you choose to remain in a Single-Occupancy cabin/room. Reservations are not transferable once we have reserved your room with the hotel/resort/cruise line and suppliers. Any changes after securing your reservation will incur a change fee.  **SEE TERMS & CONDITIONS POLICY**

4.  How far is the hotel from the cruise port?  The fastest way to get from hotels in downtown Miami to the Port of Miami Cruise Terminal is by taxi/Uber, which takes about 5 - 10 minutes and costs $13 - $16. How far is it from hotels in Downtown Miami to the Port of Miami Cruise Terminal? The distance between most Miami hotels and the Port of Miami Cruise Terminal is approximately 2 - 5 miles.

5.  Are children and youth welcome on this trip?  Unfortunately, not this time. This is an adult-only experience. Travelers must be 18 years of age or older.

6.  Why am I booking in 2 parts? Your Cruise Package is Part 1 of your Cruising With My Thick Ash Cigar Experience. We are offering you the opportunity to book your cruise package separately to ensure you receive the most up-to-date offers from Virgin Voyages.  Part 2 is the Cruising With My Thick Ash Cigar Group Experience. If you wish to be included in the Thick Ash Group activities, you MUST book Part 2, the Experience Package. If you book only the cruise package, you will NOT be included in the private group events pre-sailing or on the ship.  

NOTE:  Our "Cruising With My Thick Ash Cigar" experience offers private events and activities not listed by the cruise line. This is the reason for a Part 2 booking. We DO NOT offer any "a la carte" options.  To participate in the "Cruising With My Thick Ash Cigar" experience, you must book the full experience package through Langford Travel, LLC.  You are paying for a Cruising Experience Package curated especially for "Thick Ash Cigar" friends and family.  

7.  Am I obligated to attend all of the group events?  No, the Resilient Lady offers many activities, shows, and areas to explore.  Enjoy your time, it is an epic experience! 

8.  Will I be reimbursed for any group activities I do not attend? Unfortunately, our "Cruising With My Thick Ash Cigar" experience is all-inclusive as listed in the "About This Trip - What's Included" section and not priced a la carte. There are no reimbursements for any group activities you choose not to attend.

1.  Are passports required?  A valid passport is required, with an expiration date at least six months after your voyage ends. Depending on your citizenship and itinerary, some ports may require a visa.

1.  Is there Wi-Fi on the ship? 

Yes, free WiFi is offered onboard the ship. *Check with your phone carrier regarding international roaming charges.  

2.  Am I required to purchase a "Bubbles Package" like some of those other cruise lines?  Nope, you're not required to purchase a drink package on Virgin Voyages — in fact, they don’t even offer traditional drink packages like other cruise lines. Virgin Voyages sailors can purchase a "Bar Tab" and add money as they wish.

Here’s how it works on Virgin Voyages:

• Shore Things (excursions): Book adventures at your destinations, but note that Sailor Loot applies only to excursions reserved after boarding.

• Retail shopping: Purchase items from onboard boutiques, including Virgin Voyages merchandise and luxury brands.

• Tattoo services: Get inked at Squid Ink, the ship's tattoo parlor.

• Casino play: Use Sailor Loot for slot machines and table games; while the loot itself can't be cashed out, any winnings can be. 

• Onboard events: Participate in exclusive  experiences like the Grog Walk or shows such as "Another Rose."
       

However, Sailor Loot cannot be used for:

• Pre-voyage purchases: Items like Bar Tabs or future cruise bookings must be paid for separately.

• "My Next Virgin Voyage"  deposits: These require direct payment and aren't eligible for Sailor Loot usage.

It's important to note that Sailor Loot is tied to a specific sailing and does not carry over to future cruises. Any unused balance at the end of your voyage is forfeited, so plan to use it fully during your trip.

5.  What's included in the dining experience on board the ship? Virgin Voyages offers over 20 eateries, all included in your fare. Expect à la carte menus with no buffets, no assigned seating, and no formal dress codes. Options range from vegan cuisine to gourmet steakhouses.

6.  What kind of entertainment is on board?  The ship features immersive theater, live music, themed parties, and unique spaces like a tattoo parlor and an adult playground. The vibe is social and upbeat, perfect for solo travelers, couples, or groups of friends.

• Hemingway's RUM & Cigar Tour: A behind-the-scenes tour of the distillery that includes the history of this iconic building and how it played a significant role in the Key West Cigar Industry. You will also learn about the Hemingway Connection, untold stories about Ernest Hemingway, and of course, how to make award -winning Rum. Experience includes a premium tasting and a stop at Rodriguez Cigars, where you get to explore Rodriguez Cigars, the oldest Cigar Rolling factory in Key West.  You get to also ROLL your OWN CIGARS!!!

With the ship docked close to downtown, guests can easily explore local attractions, dine at seaside cafes, or simply relax on the beach. 

DAY 3:  Relax by the pool. Enjoy a Spa day. Try your luck in the Casino.  The Day At Sea is yours to enjoy. 

DAY 4:  Brings you to the exclusive Beach Club at Bimini from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Local Time.  This private retreat offers a blend of relaxation and adventure amidst the natural beauty of the Bahamas.

The Beach Club features private cabanas, a lagoon-style pool, and beachside lounges, providing the perfect setting to unwind or partake in water activities.

DAY 5:  Arrives at 06:30 AM, Local Time. Please allow up to an hour for the Gangway to open to disembark.
