St. Lucia Carnival (previously called the Lucian Mas) is a lively and vibrant celebration of St. Lucia’s rich Caribbean culture and heritage. The celebration evolved from the island’s unique mix of Catholic, Caribbean, and African heritage.

Please note that tickets for fetes, J’ouvert packages, and activities are non-refundable and cannot be credited if you choose not to attend the event(s). By purchasing this package, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. For any inquiries or clarifications, feel free to reach out to us.

  

Dates:

· July 18 - 23rd, 2025 (6 days, 5 nights)- STANDARD TRIP OPTION

· July 17 - 24th, 2025 (8 days, 7 nights) - UPGRADED OPTION 

Who can join?

· Age range average: 21 - 45 

· Co-Ed (Men & women)

· Couple friendly (please ask for 1 bed) 

· 90% of our travelers join solo!

Arrival Airport (please purchase RT tickets from your departure city) 

· Vieux Fort, Saint Lucia -  Hewanorra International Airport (UVF) If it is easier for you to arrive to (SLU) please email host prior to ticket purchase for transfer confirmation/times.

· All flights must arrive before 3:00 pm

· A private driver will meet you to escort/transfer you to the hotel/villa

· There will be no refunds or adjustments made for missed, delayed and or canceled flights on package pricing. Any arrivals or departures outside of the designated transfer windows will be the sole responsibility of the participant/guest. 


Vaccines/Immunizations

· No covid test or vaccine card is required for entry

· No immunizations are required 

Visas

· No visa is required if you have an onward or return ticket, confirmation of accommodation, and can produce evidence of your ability to maintain yourself. 

Pricing, Packages Cancellation, Policy

There is a $500 non-refundable, nontransferable deposit required at booking. Custom payment plans are available via e-mail if the installments listed in the payment plan packages do not work within your schedule or should you want to book via AFFIRM. E-mail travel@eliteeventz.com 

· There will be an option to pay all up-front or choose a payment plan package. Payment plan packages have installments until 30-45 days before departure.

· ALL SALES, DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ARE FINAL, NON-TRANSFERABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE. YOU ARE STRONGLY ADVISED TO OBTAIN TRAVEL INSURANCE.


ROOM OCCUPANCY PACKAGE OPTIONS

Double Occupancy Package

This is the price for 1 traveler. Double occupancy means that you will be paired with a roommate of the same gender via our roommate matching form. If you wish to request a certain roommate or to have 1 large bed in your room rather than 2 separate beds, please e-mail and/or add that in the notes about roommate matching at booking. For custom payment plans or Affirm payment options please e-mail travel@eliteeventz.com

Single Occupancy 

By choosing a single occupancy room, you are paying the supplement for 1 traveler in the room as opposed to 2 travelers in the standard room. Having a single occupancy room allows you to have the room, larger bed and ensuite restroom privately for yourself. Single occupancy rooms will be based on availability. CANCELLATIONS & LATE FEES

To secure the best vendors, lodging, and experiences, we plan and pay for all trips months in advance. For this reason, all cancellations will not be refunded 72 hours or more past booking. It is STRONGLY encouraged to purchase travel liability, cancel for any reason and medical insurance for all ECT group trips. If you need assistance or a quote provided to you, please let your host know via email at any time up to 2 weeks prior to your trip. It’s advised to purchase the insurance within 1-2 weeks after paying your deposit and prior to purchasing your flight or making any additional payments. 

If you are 3 days late for a payment plan installation, you will be charged an additional $100. That allows you a 7-day extension to complete your payment. 

We understand life happens and are very flexible to make a custom payment plan with you. Just e-mail us at travel@eliteeventz.com to chat! However, if we do not hear from you in 48 hours your reservation will be canceled.

Travel Insurance

It’s strongly recommended to obtain travel insurance cancel for any reason & medical. This trip occurs during hurricane season & there are no refunds or transfers for any reasons.

International Flight

Doesn’t include flight to St Lucia from your departure city. Please do not book flights until your booking is confirmed by Erica. Flights to arrive to UVF-St Lucia by 3PM.

Costume

We will be jumping with Xuvo/Krave the band. Costumes are all inclusive and range from $550-1500 depending on your selections.
