For those looking for an exciting day full of activities, this tour takes you from your hotel/resort in San Ignacio Town to the top of the El Castillo, to floating in one of Xibalba’s gateways at Nohoch Che'en caves aka ''Jaguar paw''.
You will be Exploring & climbing Xunantunich’s structures, learning about the Maya civilization's imprint in our country, admiring beautiful landscape of countryside (from the top of El Castillo) before you get pampered with an authentic Belizean lunch. After getting fueled up get ready to enjoy a relaxing time in a very unique cave system in Belize.
Enjoy a unique aqua adventure through caves as you frolic downstream through a stunning turquoise river. Your cave-tubing adventure will start with a 20-minute hike as you ford across Caves Branch River. Along the way, you will witness many of the sites and sounds of the lowland broad-leaf tropical forest. Once in the water, be prepared to see the many exotic cave formations that are part of this unique experience. (your guide do the work for you: pulling your tubes while you relax and enjoy the cave system and once out of the caves you will be happy to sunbathe in the warm tropical sun)

Things to bring: footwear for hiking, comfortable wet shoes for hiking, a change of clothes is a must, sunscreen, bug spray, good humour and energy to last the day, towels
Our guide will meet you at the reception of your hotel/resort/accommodation IN San Ignacio town (we' et you know if you are out of town and if there will be an extra fee - which is depends on your distance out of town)
You will then join your guide for your short drive to XUnantunich for your 2 - 2.5hr tour before driving off to Cave tubing tour at Nohoch Che'en Cave aka Jaguar paw (this drive is 1 - 1.5hr drive depending on road conditions & local traffic)
Once at the cave tubing park you will have lunch before getting your cave tubing gear: tubes, life vests, helmets & headlights for your approx 20 -3o mins hike to the starting point of cave tubing (depending on your pace) Its a gentle walk on river stone trails in a relaxed jungle setting and you get to cross the river 2 -3 times depending on your schedule
You will enjoy floating in clear turquoise water (or murky if it rains) and just a few minutes into the tubing tour you will be given the opportunity to explore the crystal cave at Jaguar Paw (all depending on your level of fitness) after Crystal cave you float onwards, out of the cave, river surrounded by natural jungle to the end (your first river crossing) and back to the carpark where you MUST change into dry clothes for drive back to town.

7:30am guide meets you at hotel/accommodation IN town (or earlier if you are out of town, as agreed with us prior or at reservation)
8am Xunantunich ferry crossing of the Mopan River
8:10am Xunnatunich tour begins (2 - 2.5 hrs depending on your pace)
10:00am approx: drive to Xunan ferry, if desired time at gift shops
10:30am drive to Cave tubing park
12:30 - 1:30noon arrival at Cave tubing park, bathroom break, lunch, pickup cave tubing gear & hike to starting point of tubing tour (hike is 20-30 mins as per your pace and interest)
1:45pm - 4pm back at Cave tubing park to change of and drive ack to town.
