Join Raquel and Connie for the last Winterscape Sound Meditation of the season. We have partnered with Danielle Fanfair, spiritual teacher, strategic visionary and pastoral leader - to guide us in the sacred practice of healing with our senses, cultivating self-compassion, and elevating each other from the vibration of love.

This retreat will help you to:

• Cultivate love through the act of mindful practices
• Deeply listen to sounds, tones and vibrations that will ease the heart
• Access clarity, compassion and contentment
• Receive support for your nervous system
• Clear your mind and body of accumulated stress
