After a decade of hosting retreats and weddings, we’re opening our gates for something new: 2-night Farm Stays that let you experience the very best of Tops’l — with no agenda, no workshops, no strangers, just your people and our little corner of Maine.

Think of it as your own private mini-retreat: wake to birdsong, wander down for farm brunch whenever you’re ready, gather in the evenings for our farm dinners, stretch in our Glass House, soak in the wood-fired hot tub under the stars, or explore 83 acres of trails, meadows, and river views. Or do absolutely nothing at all.

Important Notes & Guidelines

Age Restriction: The campground and classes are 18+ only.

This ensures a peaceful, relaxing environment for all guests and allows everyone to fully enjoy the farm experience, activities, and shared spaces without disruptions.

Spa Experience & BookingTo ensure a smooth and relaxing experience for all guests, spa access is organized into scheduled time slots. Guests can choose from morning, afternoon, or early evening sessions, which are pre-booked upon check-in.
This approach allows us to maintain a calm, uncrowded environment while ensuring everyone has the opportunity to fully enjoy the Meadowhouse amenities, including the sauna, hot tub, and cold plunge.
Timed access also supports proper care, cleaning, and safety standards across all facilities, creating a comfortable and restorative experience for every guest.

Food & Drink: Breakfast is provided daily, and our farm dinners are included during your stay. Additional provisions or farm store treats are available in our communal dining spaces. Outside food and drinks are welcome only outside designated areas — including the Campground, Farmhouse, and Farm Cottage — but are not permitted in event spaces.

Please note: Cabins are not available after October 15 due to weather conditions and guest comfort.

Dogs: Well behaved dogs are welcome in the Farm Cottage and Farmhouse for an additional fee but are not allowed in the Campground.

Check-In & Check-Out:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM

• Check-out: 11:00 AM (guests are welcome to enjoy brunch and property activities until 12:00 PM; all accommodations must be vacated by 11:00 AM)

A limited number of stays are available now at our opening invitation rates. May 1, pricing goes up.

A note on your stay: Tops'l Farm is a working property and we want you to feel at home here. We ask that you treat it accordingly. Farm on Bremen Road LLC (DBA Tops'l Farm) is not responsible for damage, theft, or loss of personal property during your stay. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or accommodations and agree to hold Tops'l Farm, its staff, and vendors harmless from any related claims or expenses. Any damage identified after checkout will be billed within 14 days.
