About your trip

Get ready for a week of sunshine, yoga, and pure magic in Sayulita, Mexico—a colorful Pueblo Mágico where the jungle meets the ocean and every moment feels like a gift. Throughout the retreat, we’ll draw inspiration from the five great elements—earth, water, fire, air, and space—using them as a lens to ground the body, free the mind, and ignite the spirit. Together, these energies create our recipe for joy as we explore practices that cultivate grounding, flow, transformation, creativity, and potential.

Our mornings begin with soulful Rasa yoga sessions, weaving together movement, breath, meditation, and meaningful teachings to leave you feeling vibrant and deeply connected. Afternoons are free for lounging by the infinity pool, strolling Haramara’s private beaches, wandering the colorful streets of Sayulita, or trying something adventurous like surf lessons or a boat trip to spot whales. As the day winds down, we’ll gather again for nourishing practices and pranayama, sacred rituals, and meaningful conversations under the stars.

This retreat goes beyond yoga—it’s about embracing play, rest, and the joy of being alive. You’ll savor incredible organic meals, soak up the sun's warmth, and feel the rhythm of life slow down as you unplug and reconnect with yourself, nature, and an amazing community.

If you’re craving a reset—a week to let go, laugh, and truly feel free—this is your chance. Sayulita is calling.

About Sayulita

Sayulita is a vibrant coastal town that offers a taste of authentic Mexico with its rich blend of tradition and laid-back charm. Located about an hour north of Puerto Vallarta, this small fishing village has been drawing surfers and free spirits since the 1960s, and its bohemian roots are still very much alive. Stroll the cobblestone streets, where artisan boutiques and roadside stands showcase handmade goods—textiles, wood carvings, paintings, and more—all crafted by local artists and craftspeople.

The town’s main beach is a great spot for beginner surfers to catch a wave, while more advanced surfers can explore nearby breaks. Beyond the surf, Sayulita invites you to slow down and take it all in: the colorful streets, the sounds of the ocean, and the easy rhythm of life in this magical town.
