Note: Altitude is always a sneaky companion when traveling to places as high in elevations as Breckenridge CO. Whether you come from sea level or somewhere in between, please drink a lot of water and refrain from too much alcohol or anything that dehydrates you prior to your arrival.
Having a lot of hydration helps you access the oxygen within your bloodstream and will help you adapt faster to the elements.
For this reason, we will not be offering alcohol at our meet-n-greet. Instead, we'll serve mocktails, sodas, and various flavored water and hot beverage options.
Following a light breakfast, let the training begin!
We'll dive in this morning with the first of our workshops, focusing on the hidden secrets of your EQ and how to respond to all challenges in a way that elevates your leadership effectiveness.

The evening will include one activity at a local art gallery directly after dinner and the rest of the evening is on your own to explore, visit, and rest.
This morning enjoy an outdoor session of training focused on Handling Your Inner Critics. We will be doing some light hiking (rain or shine) and discussion will follow during a working group lunch.
After lunch, there will be transportation to see Aspen Alley, the spectacular Izak the Troll, and one final hike together (slow paced and not a long distance but vertical for the views) for a group photo.
We'll take advantage of this walk to have a discussion on Inner Critics - where they come from and how to quiet them when you need to lead more effectively. This is a revealing topic and when set in a gorgeous setting, feels more attainable than you would believe.
Dinner will be on your own.
Note: Carole will be at the Inn for the evening to discuss any aspect of the retreat's activities so far you may wish to explore in greater depth.
