Please include a letter with your payment noting the following information: Name of the Attendee(s), Contact phone number, Contact email address. Please call or email us when you are mailing a payment. We do not check our mailbox everyday. 

3) In Person: You can drop off a payment at our office in Norfolk, Virginia with the Receptionist from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Our office is located at 500 East Main Street, Norfolk, Virginia (BB&T building in downtown Norfolk). We are located on the 16th floor inside of the Gather co-working space. Your payment (money order/cashier’s check) must be in a seal envelope with the following information written on the front of the envelope: The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club #1667. Inside the envelope, please include a letter with your payment noting the following information: Name of the Attendee(s), Contact phone number, Contact email address, Contact mailing address. We will mail you a receipt. We do not accept cash or personal checks for payments made in person. Please call or email us when you are planning to drop off a payment.  

We DO NOT accept payment by phone.  

All payments are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another trip/tour. However, an existing reservation can be changed to another person. Please see the "Name Change Policy" section below.  

If you opt into a payment plan, please pay accordingly to the schedule. If more than two consecutive payments are missed, your reservation(s) will be cancelled and any payment(s) made will be forfeited.   Always contact us if you are unable to meet payment deadlines.  

Pricing is based on room occupancy (the number of people staying in a room together).  If your roommate cancel or removed from the trip due to missing more than two consecutive payments, a price adjustment will incur to cover the remaining hotel cost.  You are allowed to replace your roommate.  Please see the "Name Change Policy" below.

No refunds are available once the trip/tour commences. In the event of a no-show by a paid attendee, no refund shall be given.

We STRONGLY recommend you consider purchasing travel insurance.  We do not offer refunds. Purchasing travel insurance is a way to protect your travel investment dollars in the event the unexpected happens.

If you need to cancel, you must notify us in writing by email (info@thepacktravelclub.com). Payments will not be refunded for cancellations. 

However, if a trip is cancelled by the coordinator (The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club) due to lack of interest or unforeseen circumstances you will receive a full refund.  

A name change is the cancellation of one guest and the addition of a new guest on a booking. Applicable cancellation penalties will be assessed to the original guest (owner of the booking) plus a $50 administration fee to make a name change.  The new guest will be subject to pay any outstanding balance that was not paid for by the original guest. 

The original guest must send written response via email to info@thepacktravelclub.com requesting a name change and provide the following information of the new guest

3) Email Address

Only the original guest can request the name change.  The ownership of the reservation will be transferred once the original guest has provide the new guest information and have paid the $50 administration fee. 

Travel insurance is offered by a third party, Allianz Global Assistance, not The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club. Plans underwritten by BCS Insurance Company, Jefferson Insurance Company or Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company and Affiliated Companies, depending on insured's state of residence and plan type. Plan(s) may not be available to residents of all states.

Travelers insurance is not required in order to join a trip/tour. 

Marable Enterprises DBA The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club hereby gives notice that The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club does not own or operate any motorcoaches, cruise lines, banquet or catering facilities, hotels or attractions and that all arrangements made for transportation, accommodations, cruises, sightseeing, attractions, meals, etc., are made by us solely as AGENTS upon the express condition that we shall be not liable for any injury, death, accident, loss, damage, delay, or irregularity which may occur either by reason of defect in any vehicle or through the acts of default of any person or company engaged in transporting the passengers or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour. Any delay in pickup time is not grounds for cancellation. The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club will not be responsible for the theft, loss, or damage of baggage and personal property.

Photos taken may only be used to promote The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club experience in articles, videos, or other media in which The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club is described and referred to within the contents of the given medium of media communication. Photographs are not to be used as stock photography.

The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club staff and venues will adhere to all state and local guidelines regarding COVID-19 and will continue to update our policy as necessary. By purchasing a ticket to our trips, tour, and events, you understand and  acknowledge that a risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present.  In attending our trips, tours, and events, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19, and waive, release, and discharge The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club and all of their affiliates, employees, contractors, staff, and associates from any and all liability for any illness or injury due to COVID-19 exposure.

Board your spacious, video, and restroom equipped motorcoach and set off to Greenville, SC

After checking into our hotel, we'll enjoy a kickback reception in the hotel dining area. 

After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, we will depart to downtown Greenville, SC to enjoy the local farmer's market. Two blocks of downtown Greenville’s Main Street are transformed into a bustling farmers' market. The market features over 75 vendors selling the season’s freshest produce and the area’s most original and high quality crafts.  Each week thousands of people flock to the TD Saturday Market for locally-sourced products where all food must be grown or produced within 100 miles of Greenville and crafters are highly-encouraged to use locally-sourced supplies. 

After visiting the farmer's market, a tour guide will board the motorcoach for an 1-hour tour of downtown Greenville.  At the conclusion of the tour, you'll have time on your own to explore downtown Greenville or grab a small bite to eat. 

After exploring the city, we'll travel 30 minutes south of downtown Greenville to CityScape Winery.  CityScape Winery is a family run winery focused on producing high-quality batches of local, innovative wines.

After tasting some delicious wines, we'll head to the Peace Center in downtown Greenville for an outdoor concert featuring the Wailers. 

The Wailers are a rare breed of musicians who have earned their place in music history. Their culture-defining music, embodying the spirit of the '70s reggae movement, has left an indelible mark on the industry. Experience the magic of their timeless classics and incredible cuts from Bob Marley's vast repertoire in a unique set. Under the guidance of Aston Barrett Jr., son of the legendary "Familyman," The Wailers continue to preserve the legacy of their iconic sound. 

In 2020, The Wailers made a comeback with their new album, One World, produced by Emilio Estefan. The first single, "One World, One Prayer," is a powerful anthem for love, unity, and inclusivity, blending Jamaican reggae and urban Latin music. Whether you want to sample to your heart’s content from chefs, breweries, winemakers and regional distillers, learn some new techniques from cooking demos on the culinary stage, or just sit back and relax while you listen to live music, this tasting event is the perfect Sunday fun-day.

After Feast by the Field, you'll have the option to explore Downtown Greenville on your own time. 

After exploring the city, we'll head back to our hotel.

After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, we'll depart the hotel and travel to the BMW Museum/Plant in Greer, South Carolina. 

After visiting the BMW Museum, we’ll depart home. A perfect time to chat with your friends about all the fun things you’ve done, the great sights you’ve seen and where your next group trip will take you!
