Boat Ride to Ray Caye Island Resort is provided this is scheduled at 3 PM Daily. The boat transfer is $80 and is included in your price. You will need to arrive to Placencia Airport NO LATER than 2pm to make the 3pm boat transfer and that is even cutting it close. See departure and arrivals for more information on travel advice. The boat ride is one hour.
If you cannot make this time, private transfer is required and cost can run $500.00 each way per person.
All deposits are non refundable. The deposit for this trip is $1000. All cancellations are required in writing.
50% of the trip's paid balance, outside of deposit, will be returned if cancelled before November 1st, 2024.
25% of the trip's paid balance, outside of deposit, will be returned if cancelled before December 1st , 2024.
All trips not cancelled before December 1st, 2024 or any trips booked thereafter are not eligible to receive a refund on any and all payments made towards the trip.
All trips not paid in full at the time of booking will be required to be on a payment plan with auto deduction.
Failed Payments:
If your payment fails please contact us immediately if you need assistance updating your card information. We travel will automatically try to collect any past due payments the next month if you have not resolved the matter. If you have two failed payments and do not reach out to us we reserve the right to cancel your trip with zero refund.
It is strongly recommended that you book your flights to Belize International Airport (Philip S.W. Goldson International Airport) alongside your puddle jumper to Placencia giving you plenty of time for short delays and time to go through customs once you arrive at Belize International. You must arrive in Placencia via your puddle jumper NO LATER than 2pm. The boat transfer leaves Placencia at 3pm sharp. There will be a free transfer at Placencia airport with a clearly marked van for Ray Caye that will take you to the docking location. The docking location is 5 minutes from Placencia Airport but there will be a lot of travelers. If you arrive significantly early to the town of Placencia, the Ray Caye transfer will take you into town for lunch and shopping but it will be your responsibility to get back to the docking location by the time the transfer leaves at 3pm.
You will also not want to book your departing flight from Belize International any earlier than 1pm, to be safe and give you plenty of time to take a one hour boat ride, a puddle jumper, and check in at Belize International.

Boat Ride to Raye Caye is one hour
If you miss the group shuttle to Ray Caye, a private shuttle to Raye Caye will cost $500 per person.
It is also a possibility and a really cool experience to stay in Placencia the evening before!! Given this situation you will be responsible for your transfer to the docking location!
Yoga will be every morning at 8am before breakfast and a Yin/meditation in the evenings before dinner . One day instead of nightly meditation, there will be a workshop.

Your transfer is included given you arrive at Placencia and are ready to get on boat that departs at 3pm. Your boat transfer back to Placencia will leave Ray Caye early in the morning.
Use of kayaks, Paddleboards and Hobie Cat can be used anytime. Limited Supply

At 6:00 PM on Sunday evening. Come meet fellow yogi's and the Detox team. Hear all about the Island and your Yoga experience during your stay on Ray Caye. We will hold an open circle meditation and then have dinner together.
