Reset and restore from where the roots of your intentions, ideas and actions grow. Connect with your own nature and become empowered to step into your relaxed and joyful true self.
We all need time for ourselves to keep up with the increasing intensity and speed of the outside world. Time to focus on maintaining a personal wealth of energy and vibrancy, a refreshed soul and a relaxed, engaged body.
These needs change according to the seasons - cleansing and rejuvenation in the spring, energising vitality in the summer, purification and renewal in the autumn and deep restorative rest in the winter.
Recognising this need, we have created a sanctuary of carefully curated well-being practices that nourish, restore and uplift you throughout the year. In each session we attend to the changes in your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies, informed by the nature and seasons around us. Emerge as a balanced, harmonious and well cared for self - ready to meet the world in all its challenges.
Each month, we explore the subtle shifts in nature and how they affect our body, mind, and spirit. Through guided yoga, seasonal rituals, Ayurvedic self-care, meditation, and nourishing food, you’ll learn how to align your daily life with the wisdom of the current season.
These retreats offer space to pause, reflect, and receive timeless teachings that empower you to stay balanced, vibrant, and rooted throughout the year. Whether you come for one or journey with us through the seasons, each gathering is a chance to deepen your connection to the cycles within and around you.
✨ Tune in. Slow down. Thrive with the seasons ✨
Each event is a journey of heart centred practice and therapeutic treatments.
We start with an hour long wellbeing session lead by our distinguished rosta of expert teachers. Expect restorative yoga asana, vibrational sound healing or nourishing meditation. Revive on a cellular level with sessions featuring themes such as cleansing pranayama, conscious movement, mindfulness and ayurvedic wisdom of Rutacharya – the art of living in harmony with the seasons.
Flow then into the healing, therapeutic warmth of our Siberian Sauna in the gorgeous outdoor setting of the lime tree avenue. Observe from the sauna's panoramic window as the lime trees bud, leaf, shed and rest, in time with the seasons. With the sauna situated a short distance from the river Thames, in summer there is the opportunity for wild swimming and river dips around your sauna experience.
Fully rested and reset, we then gather for a sumptuous ayurvedic dinner in the oak panelled dining room, by the soft light of glowing candles. A two-course, fine dining feast prepared with seasonal produce as the star centrepiece, locally grown and bursting with vitality. Discover exciting flavours and delicious combinations which will leave you satiated, satisfied, nourished and revitalised.
Find soulful balance, supported by experienced facilitators in a safe and welcoming space, crowned with a celebratory feast. Leave with deep softness in your heart to open up your relationships with others. Move in unison with the flow of the seasons in the company of like-minded people.

Surround yourself with 500-year-old trees, stunning scenery, magical sunset and riverside views in the comfort of the stunningly beautiful manor & your community.
We will be eating fresh, organic, locally grown, plant based meals lovingly prepared according to the Ayurvedic principle of food as medicine. Dishes are created by our ayurvedic culinary expert and chef as a two course fine dining experience. This approach blends flavourful ingredients with health benefits, creating meals that satisfy your senses while enhancing your vitality with culinary richness and balance.
Ayurveda views food as both nourishment and a primary tool for self healing, essential for balancing the mind, body, and spirit. We use a palette of sattvic ingredients to ensure that your food supports your yoga, mediation and cleansing practices, leaving you feeling nourished, balanced and strong. Moving beyond calories and macronutrients we embrace food as a tool for creating harmony, balance, and optimal health.
As much as possible of our gorgeous fruit and veg will come from Tolhurst Organic farm, based on site, who use stock free farming to produce the lowest possible carbon footprint, cruelty free food. Their work is truly inspiring and aligned with our ethos of re-connecting and re-aligning with mother nature to live in more harmony.
The Monthly Wellbeing Series is scheduled on regular Saturdays throughout the year and runs from 3pm-7pm each time.
