& Beyond is an intimate gathering taking place in the wild landscape of Hardwick Estate in Oxfordshire, on the banks of the River Thames.
Kundalini & Hatha Yoga morning practice accompanied by live musicians, transformational workshops, gong baths, woodland walks, forest bathing, kirtan, sacred movement, chanting, poetry, singing, wild swimming, meditations with ancient oaks, fire ceremony, love-infused plant-based Ayurvedic food. The experience of rest, rebalancing in a magical setting and deep remembrance of true self and beyond..
We will be eating fresh, organic, locally grown plant-based meals lovingly prepared according to Ayurvedic principles by Karen Buckland of Plant Based Pirate. Our gorgeous fruit and veg will come from Tollhurst Organic farm who use stock free farming to produce the lowest possible carbon footprint, cruelty free food. Their work is truly inspiring and aligned with our ethos of re-connecting and re-aligning with mother nature to live in more harmony.
The gathering begins on Tuesday afternoon and ends on Sunday evening. You are most welcome to come for the whole duration of the gathering, for the weekend, or for one day only.
Accommodation is provided on a secluded camping field next to the shores of the river with composting toilets and freshwater. Tents available to rent if you can not bring your own.
Camper van's & caravans are welcome.
Children are very welcome. Sorry no dogs.
There is plenty of space to keep within social distancing guidelines.

This year we will have childcare available for kids to have their own part of the gathering, and parents can enjoy the rare opportunity to dive deep into the workshops, while knowing that their little ones are being well looked after.

We are introducing Seva Tickets this year for those who would like to combine the fun of the gathering and karma of the service. These tickets are designed for those who enjoy getting involved in the running of the gathering by giving the core crew a hand with whatever is needed to be done on the day, or those who can't afford the full price of the tickets but still want to come. We have 5 day and weekend options for Sevas as well, so if you’re keen to be involved, give us an email on info@andbeyond.uk or apply here.
All the ticket contributions will go towards supporting our teachers and building a space on the special land at Hardwick to host yoga classes, community events and future retreats. We hope to build this platform for reconnection and rest.
COVID-19 Statement and Refund Policy
As with all events this summer we are at the mercy of government regulations regarding COVID-19. We will be operating on a private campsite with participant numbers limited to the legally permitted amount. We will be taking precautions as recommended during the event to ensure the safety and health of all participants.
If the regulations surrounding social distancing deviate from the current government predictions and do not allow us to go ahead with the event as planned, we will postpone the event and reschedule it for a time which is appropriate. In this instance all tickets will be transferable. If the option to retain your ticket until the event is rescheduled is not preferable for you, just let us know within 14 days of us announcing a postponement, and will refund you 100% of the ticket amount.

Hardwick estate is only 40 minutes by train from London (Paddington), and just 20 minutes by car from Junction 12 on the M4. Easily accessible from the main transport hubs at Reading, yet set in the rolling countryside of the Chilterns AONB, Hardwick is ideally located for a weekend getaway of peace and tranquility.

Kinesiology is a holistic therapy that uses muscle testing to find imbalances in the body and find what is needed to re-balance, whether that be on a physical, emotional or energetic level
Please bring your own sleeping bags, blankets, pillows etc
Please bring your own plates, bowls, cutlery and mug. This will help us stay clean and hygienic.
Please bring your own yoga mat. Let us know if you cant access a mat we have a few to borrow. Please also bring a blanket for end of class relaxation.

Welcome
We will welcome you to our beautiful location between 4-6pm. There will be time to settle and orientate, put up your tents and relax into your space before we gather.
There will be an enlightening introduction into the Ayurvedic techniques which will inform your practice and meals throughout the weekend.
Chants, Games & Sacred Songs
Connecting and relaxing into our new environment with some chants and songs from around the world.
We will then enjoy our first meal together before holding the opening ceremony circle with Live Music & Sacred songs to rejoin as a community around the camp fire.
Wake for the unique opportunity to experience the cleansing water of the Thames and learn about Yogic way to bath and start the day on the high, as we wild swim when we wake. There will be refreshing and awakening brethwork pranayama warm up and a warm drink to enjoy after.
Revived from the waters we will stream into a morning yoga practice. We start with an invigorating Yoga accompanied by live musicians to harmonise your rhythm and end in grounding meditation.
Enjoy the delightful breakfast in the gorgeous gardens surrounded by organically grown berries, flowers, fruits and veg.
Forest Bathing
Walk into the welcome green of the forest, and into the vital embrace of the divine life force with the serene art of forest bathing. Followed by..
The Underworld Tree Meditation The Underworld was always the source of individual power, sovereignty, revelation, divination which we often shy away from. An opportunity to journey into the land of the Midnight Sun.

Ayurvedic Cookery workshop
Uncover the wisdom of this intuitive and ancient elemental approach to eating that is unique to you. Engage with the sensuous meditation of food preparation and then eat what you learn!
Restore your physical body with a nourishing dinner before we enter into our evening with the community around the fire.
We will open the space with guided Mantra chanting session with specially invited teacher to lead this.
What could better than a good story and a cup of chai around the fire? This is a storytelling night. There will be opportunity to share the story if it feels right for you in the moment.
Later in the evening we welcome another group of talented musicians to lead us in music, song and rejoicing, holding space for us to integrate and process the energy clearing which has happened during the day.

After breakfast we join the company of our resident ancient trees in meditation with the oaks. Tap into the universal flow of energy that moves from earth to sky and back again through these timeless and serene beings. We use meditation, breath and profound inner inquiry to crystallise our divine path, and connect with our golden thread of purpose which joins us from life to life.
The trees at our retreat site are magical. Sitting in guided meditation, we will learn how to commune with these great spirits and tap into their ancient and universal wisdom.
We will have lunch together, then move into an afternoon of Liminal Yoga & Gong
Yoga was never meant as a mere “wellbeing” tool, but rather was a method to blow your mind! Liminal yoga is about getting back to this essence of spirituality, free from dogma. We’ll use kundalini and tantric yoga along with European esoteric and modern practices in order to deep dive into the space between waking and sleep in the spirit of exploration and illumination.

the evening highlight: profound Fire ceremony. Expect to break through your boundaries and face your inner strength and rediscover the courage in life as we use the elemental force of fire to nurture our inner flames. Experience the ancient ceremony to deepen the connection to nature, feeling of unity to overcome your fears and discover your personal power - experience your change!
Follow up by Gong & Song
Wake up with a morning call song, warm fire by the river and cleanse your body temple with wild swim Yogic therapy when we wake.
The morning Yoga practice will inspire the body to move and awaken through asana, breath and with live acoustic musical accompaniment.
After breakfast we will float into the joyful and relaxing Sacred Sound & Gong Bath with Yoga & Chant.
For this finale workshop we will first open the subtle channels of our bodies with a gentle yoga kriya & immerse ourselves in a bath of healing instruments & the most precious of sound healing tools, our own voices.
We will have lunch together, then we gather for our closing circle to bring complete fullness to the retreat weekend. We hold space for a shared experience of deep immersion into nature, community and self.
After closing circle there will be some light snacks available, and you will be invited to pack down your belongings and begin your journeys back to your homes, resting in the freshness of your new self

Dmitry Glazkov
Dmitry is a co-founder of Sadhama Rewild Retreats and has been teaching self development systems for nearly 10 years.
He has a teaching qualification in two Yoga traditions: Kundalini Yoga and Hatha Yoga. He is also an Ayurveda wellness consultant bringing the sister Vedic sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda together to unfold the transformative power of a personalised approach.

Karen Buckland
Karen is co-founder of the Sadhama Rewild Retreats and the creator behind Plant Based Pirate, with over ten years experience in the catering industry. Her passion for plant based food has manifested in a variety of different cookery disciplines, from cafes and restaurants, catering for events and retreats, making and selling wholesale products, making raw chocolates, cakes and patisserie, performing live cookery demos at trade shows and food fairs and leading workshops and classes for a diverse range of participants.
The journey took her to a position as the opening Head Chef of the flagship Marylebone branch of The Gate, one of London’s oldest and most distinguished vegetarian restaurants. During her time at The Gate she was able to show how diverse and delicious plant based food can be, instigating changes to the menu which moved from having only 50% plant based dishes to being 100% free from dairy and eggs by the end of the year, and converting the owner and executive chef in the process!
Karen will provide us with delicious and nutritious, lovingly and creatively prepared meals based on Ayurvedic principals throughout our retreat.

Madeleine Honor
Madeleine is a mother, singer, sound & energy healer, kundalini yoga teacher, and group singing facilitator. She spent many years working as a professional performer including a several sessions on BBC radio with her former female a-cappella group
Madeleine runs drama and singing workshops for many different groups including two refugee choirs. She is a licensed Thula Mama facilitator, and runs group harmony singing sessions for new mothers and babies
Madeleine qualified as a kundalini yoga teacher in 2015 with the Karam Kriya school, and has completed the Gong Master training course with the renowned Don Conreux. She runs regular gong and sound bath sessions at festivals, in London, and online.
Madeleine has a deep resonance with the shamanic path and has trained and practiced as a practitioner for over 7 years. She is certified in Theta Healing & Reiki levels 1 and 2
She is the proud mother of a nearly 3 year old beautiful daughter and is currently working on a contemporary mantra album with her partner.

Brian Quinn
Brian is a yogi, musician, technology craftsman, and father. His lifelong passion for exploring the boundaries of human consciousness and creative potential has led him to obtain a degree in physics; study the meditative and magical arts with several gurus and mystics; and invent his own musical instrument.
He has been a practitioner and teacher of Kundalini Yoga, for twenty years.

Kary Stewart
Kary Stewart is a Kundalini Yoga teacher, gong therapist and yogic impresario. In 2012 she co-founded the Kundalini Yoga Collective. Peruvian by birth Kary launched the Kundalini Yoga-based Nadi Gathering event in 2016, in the Sacred Valley in the south of Peru. The event is run by the Collective and co-created with local wisdom holders. She has curated and produced conscious events around the world including Ireland, Sri Lanka, India, Mexico and Peru.
Kary contributes and offers service to numerous committees and projects including the Great British Kundalini Yoga Festival. She is a multimedia journalist and worked in the music industry for 20 years and now covers social change and ancient wisdom.
