$250 deposit secures your reservation. Space is limited and secured on a first come, first serve basis. Final payment is due in full on or before Monday, November 25, 2024 and becomes non-refundable after this date.
There are no seating reservations included for the Presidential Inauguration / Swearing-In Ceremony or the Inaugural Parade.
Each individual passenger must purchase a package (packages are per person, not per room). All passengers must have government issued Identification.
Hotel accommodations are not in Washington, DC. Guests will stay in Dulles, VA, conveniently located outside Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD). Airport shuttles are available to your hotel.
Admission to activities listed in the itinerary are subject to availability and/or schedule announcement(s). Subject to change. Substitutions may be made.

DAY ONE
Arrive in the Nation’s Capital via Dulles International Airport (IAD) and transfer on own via shuttle service to check-in to your designated Dulles hotel.
You have free time until 5pm when you will meet in the hotel lobby and depart for an amazing waterfront Welcome Dinner, followed by an extraordinary Illuminated Monuments & Memorials tour. DC's monuments sparkle and are impressive during the day, stunning at night!
Afterwards, walk through the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts to view the larger-than-life bronze bust of Kennedy himself, tour the Center, view the city from the rooftop terrace and explore the new Art & Ideals: John F. Kennedy Exhibit. (Meals: D)

DAY ONE
Arrive in the Nation’s Capital via Dulles International Airport (IAD) and transfer on own via shuttle to check-in to your designated Dulles hotel. Your evening is free on own to explore the area, rest and relax, and enjoy dinner on own. We recommend exploring the Udvar-Hazy Air & Space Center where over 335 air and spacecraft will be on display. The displays will include the Space Shuttle Enterprise, an SR-71 Blackbird, Dash 80 prototype of the Boeing 707, the B-17 Flying Fortress, an F-4 Phantom fighter, the B-29 Superfortress “Enola Gay”, and the de Havilland Chipmunk.
Retire to your rooms at your leisure to rest for an early morning and tomorrow's big event!

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before departing with your Guide for a day of adventure!
Explore Arlington National Cemetery to see the Kennedy gravesite and other presidents interred within America’s most sacred square mile. Tram tickets are included to navigate the landscape. Be sure to catch the Changing of the Guard at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, a solemn and moving experience for all.
Arrive to traverse the grounds of George Washington’s Mount Vernon Estate, our first president’s escape from the rigors of public office. A dining café and Mount Vernon Inn are available for lunch on own.
Afterwards, return to the hotel to rest where dinner is included and you can retire to rooms at your leisure in preparation for an early start for tomorrow’s big event! (Meals: B, D)

Rise and shine very early and snatch a ‘Grab & Go’ breakfast on your way into the city this morning. Today, your group will witness the Inauguration of the 47th President in Washington, DC, followed by the annual Inaugural Parade! (No seating included. Jumbo-trons located throughout.) This exciting, historic event will be accompanied by various festivities throughout the day. In between events, you’ll have time to pop in and visit some of the Smithsonian Museums on the National Mall. Return to your hotel to rest & relax and enjoy dinner on your own. (Meals: B)

Today, you’ll be stunned with a visit to the Capitol Building, the most recognizable symbol of democracy in the world! An in-depth Red Coat Tour will take you on a powerful journey - be sure to have your cameras ready! Dine on own with lunch at the Capitol Café.
Afterwards, tour the Library of Congress where Abraham Lincoln’s library, along with over a million other historical texts are stored.
This afternoon, visit the Smithsonian Museum of your choice located along the National Mall. Here, you can explore the National Museum of American History, the National Museum of African American History, the Air & Space Museum, the National Museum of Natural History, or the Museum of the American Indian, and more! Keep those cameras out!
Tonight, a final, Farewell Dinner at a popular waterfront restaurant awaits where you can share your photos, chat and bond with friends, and celebrate this
