Terms & Conditions: Submitting a deposit and payments for this package signifies your acceptance of Myrin's Destination Stations LLC's Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Payments: Payments are NOT automatically processed unless you turn on the Auto-Pay option at checkout. With Auto-Pay, your card will be charged automatically on the due dates indicated on your payment schedule. Your monthly payment schedule will be provided to you via invoice upon booking this trip. You must utilize the invoice to submit all payments if you do not select the Auto-Pay option. An automated payment reminder will be emailed to you one week prior to each scheduled payment date.
Credit/Debit Card Fees: A non-refundable standard convenience fee will be charged. The final amount (including convenience fees) will be displayed prior to final purchase.
Late Payment Fees: A non-refundable late payment fee of $50 will automatically be added to your reservation if your monthly payment has not been received within 7 days of the scheduled payment date.
Failure to Submit Payments: If you should go more than 60 days without submitting a payment or discussing a payment arrangement with us, your reservation will automatically be cancelled without notice. A fee of $150 will be required to reinstate the reservation.
Final Payment: Final payment must be received on or before the final payment due date. Failure to submit the final payment as required will result in an automatic cancellation of the entire reservation. Myrin's Destination Station LLC will not be held responsible for any loss of funds due to cancellation.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your reservation, all payments submitted to Myrin’s Destination Station LLC will be non-refundable and non-transferrable. You are strongly encouraged to protect your travel investment by purchasing travel insurance.
