What to expect:

Embark on an exciting safari adventure from Zanzibar to Mikumi National Park, a vast grassland park known for its excellent visibility and diverse wildlife. Explore the park and have the chance to spot magnificent animals such as elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, antelopes, hippos, crocodiles, and a variety of birds.

Your day will start early as our driver picks you up from your accommodation in Zanzibar and takes you to the airport for your flight to Mikumi, departing at 7:00 am and arriving at 8:00 am. Upon arrival, you will meet your knowledgeable driver and embark on a thrilling game drive through the park. 

Keep your eyes peeled for lions, elands, hartebeests, wildebeests, giraffes, zebras, and elephants in different areas such as Mkata plain, Kisungura area, and hippo dams.

Our experienced guide will use a radio call system to communicate with other guides and help you spot animals easily throughout the safari. After an exciting day of wildlife viewing, our guide will accompany you to the airstrip for your return flight to Zanzibar, departing at 3:30 pm.

Once back in Zanzibar, you will be dropped off at your hotel for dinner and a well-deserved rest after an unforgettable safari experience.
