The town of Nosara is bursting with yoga studios and some of the most experienced and incredible yoga teachers around the world. Our yoga classes will be held at the world famous Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort and but we will also have some speciality classes on meditation, breath work and sound healing as options throughout the week.
