Kayla is an adventure, fitness, and life enthusiast. She loves travelling and exploring the world through coaching group fitness retreats, where she can connect with guests through adventure and trying new things. Here's what to expect:
During this week you’ll be encouraged to be brave, have fun, and be willing to try things you’ve never done before. Life is too short to exist any way other than ALL IN!

With a gym on your doorstep, you can train anytime you like.
1 x 60 minute session each day ran by Kayla Marie. There will also be additional group fitness opportunities throughout the week.
Paddleboards are available at the house to use at your disposal. The sun rises on the ocean directly opposite the house so we definitely recommend taking advantage of that.
Recommended flights: arrive Friday 1st August by 2pm, leave Friday 8th August after 4pm
Choose between self-catering or join us out at local cafes for breakfast and lunch. We've handpicked and booked the best restaurants in Plaka, Elounda and Agios Nikolaos for dinner.
