This year’s camp brings us to the French Quarter of New Orleans, LA.  This city has a strong history of voodoo, vampires and witchcraft, making it a top 10 Bucket List destination for Halloween enthusiast. Few cities in the United States boasts a bigger Halloween Event than New Orleans, and we are ecstatic to be a part of it in 2025.

Once registered, you will receive an email welcoming you to our group.  Suggested flights would arrive at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) We will give you suggested times of arrival to carpool together to camp. However, you are responsible for getting to and from Camp.  While at camp, we orchestrate transportation as a group.

We choose only the most amazing locations to stay, and we know you will adore our choice this year.  Campers occupy shared spaces together for the entire weekend.  Unless you have reserved your own room or own bed, you should plan to share a room, and in most instances a bed with another camper.  Roommate requests are available at checkout, and you can always message us to make a request.  Many of our campers make friends with each other while in our group chat prior, and end up have a person they click with! 

Please know, our houses are very large and there is always quiet space and time for you if you so choose.  We accommodate the most introvert among us to your radical extrovert.  This is your vacation, so we strongly encourage you to participate in as much or as little as you like. 

Due to many last minute cancellations, we adhere to a strict policy as outlined below.  We STRONGLY suggest not booking until you know for a fact you can attend, have a babysitter, time off work, etc.  In the event that you try to cancel your trip, you can attempt to transfer the trip or sell the trip to another person up until Oct. 1st

You will be greeted upon arrival with energy and warmness by camp staff.  After being led to your sleeping quarters, you will find snacks and coffee to fuel you before the first training session.  The group participates in fun icebreakers and getting to know you activities.  Following training, we will have a light dinner and depart for a local haunted house. 

We will start the day off with a homemade and healthy breakfast followed by training sessions 2 & 3.  The group will depart for local exploration and activities.  Mid-day we will rest and recover to enjoy the annual parade which is world renowned.  

Campers will begin the day with breakfast followed by training.  The group will depart for a local excursion.  In the evening, we will have a vampire ball.  

Breakfast will be followed by a student led Q&A, at the house for all instructors. This is a great time to ask sports mindset questions, dietary advice etc. This will be followed by packing and departure.  Farewells will surely be teary, but we will see you next year!
