I’m Kristen - I’ve been teaching, coaching, mentoring and healing in the “manifestation” space for 5 years. My work used to revolve around helping people manifest everything they wants in life straight from their vision boards..and I became really good at it. I helped thousands do it, and succeeded in my own life as well. A 7 figure biz and multiple vision boards come-to-life later…I realized something was missing. 

This is when I dove headfirst into deep, heart opening healing. The deeper I leaned into the opening of my heart space and the art of surrender, the better life got. But not in the “shiny instagram dream-life” kind of way, but in a “deep, peaceful fulfillment in the ordinary moments” kind of way that cannot be displayed on instagram. 

My life began to shift in ways I had never planned, and could have never predicted- and my values followed. I realized that when you have an open heart, you don’t need to TRY to “manifest” anything. You instead get to attract what is meant for you, as a result of who you are and the energy exuding from you in each moment. This is now what I help all of my clients with: cracking down the walls around their hearts & gently guiding them home to themselves, unleashing their natural radiance. No more forcing, hustling, over-trying, or even force healing in the name of “manifesting” our desires. 

More peace, more ease, more surrender, more slowness, more presence, more connection, more love. Less force. More attraction. Less pushing. More allowing. Less fighting with life. More leaning into where the flow is already taking us.

Lefkada is part of the Ionian Islands, the group of islands between Greece and Italy. These islands are known for their abundant greenery and turquoise waters.

Our location provides you the opportunity to indulge yourself with stunning sea views from every corner, absorbing with every breath the sounds and smell of pure nature.

You will be in nature but only a~5 minute walk away from a beautiful beach protected in a cove for swims, meditations, and calm water. You will also have a few tavernas and a cafe nearby offering food, cocktails and great views.

You will be staying in 1 of 2 beautiful luxury villlas situated between two amazing blue bays. Imagine waking up to incredible views, swimming in the infinity pool, and enjoying our incredible yoga/movement/coaching space nestled in the trees.

Our Villa is only a 5 minute walk from Desimi beach, offering magical crystal waters, tavernas and water sports activities including kayaking, swimming & snorkeling, & SUP (stand-up paddle boarding).

We recommend bringing:

• Yoga/fitness clothing for our daily movement 
• Bathing suit (at least 2, recommended)
• Beach sandals and walking sneakers
• Layers for wind/cooler nights 
• Motion sickness medicine or bands (in case you need for our boat day)
• An open heart ready for surrender and expansion  
• A book to relax for pool/downtime and perhaps to exchange with someone on the retreat
• We will provide a journal, but you may want an extra one to write down all the musings of the heart
• A celebratory outfit for our final evening together
