The Southern Christmas Show is one of the best and largest craft and gift shows in the South. Enjoy hors d’oeuvres and tasty treats as you shop! Have a late lunch at Buca di Beppo before attending the show.
· The initial deposit of $50 per person is nonrefundable. The remaining cost of your tour is refundable if cancelled by October 9, 2024, which is the last day to cancel and receive a refund from Capitol Tours. Travel Insurance is available upon request to help protect your investment, subject to eligibility criteria.

· Capitol Tours reserves the right to alter this itinerary if we deem it necessary for the successful completion of this tour.
· Capitol Tours makes reasonable efforts to secure reservations for the attractions as listed, however we cannot guarantee all reservations. In the event a reservation is denied, we will work on your behalf to secure an alternative.

We ask that anyone exposed to or exhibiting symptoms of an illness to stay at home. If you become ill during your tour, we may require that you be isolated from the group. Capitol Tours is not responsible for any costs associated with quarantine requirements or transportation home.

12:30pm Gather with your fellow travelers at Capitol Tours office on Leaphart Road to prepare for departure to Charlotte at 1:00pm.
2:45pm Arrive at Mama Ricotta's for an early dinner including a delicious Italian meal.
4:00pm Board the motorcoach and travel to the Park Expo.
4:45pm Arrive at the Park Expo for tonight’s preview event for the Southern Christmas Show. Be the first to shop at over 400 vendors and enjoy hors d’oeuvres and tasty treats as you shop. This is a benefit event with 100% of net proceeds going to The Sandbox, supporting families in the Charlotte area.
8:30pm It’s been an amazing evening! Let’s get on the motorcoach with all our purchases and make our way back to West Columbia.
