Today depart on your flight to the New York City area. Upon arrival meet your Tour Director and transfer to your hotel in Manhattan to begin a four-night stay.  New York City knows how to do

the holidays like no other city in the world.  Even before the first snowflakes fall, the city transforms into a magical holiday wonderland filled with lights and decorations, skaters doing figure-eights

in Rockefeller Center and the Rockettes kicking up their heels at Radio City Music Hall.  Tonight enjoy a Welcome Dinner with your fellow travelers.

DAY 2:  NEW YORK CITY SIGHTSEEING - BROADWAY SHOW

Today enjoy a New York City Tour featuring many of Manhattan’s most famous attractions and areas.  See Greenwich Village, Chinatown, Times Square, Little Italy, Central Park and famous landmarks like the Chrysler & Empire State Buildings and St. Patrick’s Cathedral.  Make a stop at Rockefeller Center, a famous venue for dining, shopping & entertainment.  Also make a Christmas Store Visit to see one of Manhattan’s popular stores all decked out for the season. Later see an exciting Broadway Show with your fellow travelers in the world’s most famous theatre district.  After the show enjoy a brief Holiday Lights Tour featuring Rockefeller Plaza and one the country’s most famous Christmas Trees.

DAY 3:  STATUE OF LIBERTY - ONE WORLD - 9/11 MEMORIAL

This morning board a ferry to visit the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island.  The Statue of Liberty has become a global symbol of freedom.  Ellis Island was the first stop in the American journey for

millions of immigrants from around the world. Later visit the One World Observatory, positioned on top of the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere on levels 100, 101, and 102 of the 1,776 foot tall One World Trade Center building.  The experience provides unique and panoramic views of New York City, its most iconic sites, and surrounding waters.  Then see the 9/11 Memorial, a tribute of remembrance to the victims & events of September 11, 2001.  Tonight maybe take in a Broadway Show on your own.

DAY 4:  LEISURE TIME - RADIO CITY MUSIC HALL ROCKETTES HOLIDAY SHOW

Today enjoy Manhattan at your leisure. Stroll through Central Park, explore the museums or shop until you drop, there’s something for everyone in New York City.  This evening “head out in the city” for a fun filled evening. Start with a Pre-Theatre Farewell Dinner at a popular local restaurant. Then enjoy the Radio City Music Hall Rockettes Holiday Show.  Since the first version in 1933, the show has become a New York City holiday season tradition featuring over 140 performers, lavish sets and costumes.

Level 2: This tour requires average physical activity. You should be in good health, able to walk some stairs and walk reasonable distances, possibly over uneven ground and cobblestoned streets.

Level 3: This tour includes moderate physical activity. The itinerary blends some longer days with shorter days. You should be in good health, able to walk a flight of stairs or more and participate in walking tours or nature walks possibly over uneven ground and cobblestoned streets with periods of standing.  There could be some early and late activities, and temperature and altitude changes.

Level 4: This tour is active, requiring participants to be good physical shape to fully enjoy the experiences. This itinerary has more activities which may include such things as longer walking tours over uneven ground, transfers over uneven and dusty terrain, high altitudes or very early morning departures. All conditions do not apply to all days, so please read the itinerary carefully and speak to one of our Reservations Coordinators to determine if this tour is right for you. Unfortunately, this tour is not appropriate for individuals who use wheelchairs, scooters, walkers or similar equipment.

A valid passport is required for tours that leave the United States even to Canada, Mexico or the Carribean and is the responsibility of each passenger.  Passports should be valid for up to six (6) months beyond the travel dates.  All names must be submitted to Premier exactly as they appear on passenger passports.  Dates of Birth (DOB’s) are required with reservation for air travel.  Copies of passports are required for some programs.  Additional forms maybe necessary based on the destination.  Travel Visas, when applicable, are the responsibility of the individual passenger.

The prices advertised for this package in our promotional material include airfare from DFW (Dallas/Ft. Worth - DFW International) and IAH (Houston - George Bush Intercontinental).  Unfortunately, we are unable to arrange airfare in/out of other gateway cites.

Air seat changes can only be attempted by individual passengers once "e-tickets" have been received.  E-Tickets are generally not available until 14 days prior to departure; thus, air seat changes might be difficult due to time constraints.

If you choose to make your own air arrangements, your transfers to/from the airport in Italy are $100 per person and are available only on the days of the tour.

Part A – Cancelation Waiver provided by PWD

I. Trip Cancelation Waiver (TCW) - Guarantees full refund on all payments, except the Trip Cancelation Waiver Fee itself in case of cancelation up to the time and date of departure due to the passenger’s personal illness or death of an immediate family member.  Medical/official documentation required.

II. Premier “Any Reason” Cancelation Waiver (ARCW) - Reimburses 75% of the cancelation fees in the form of a future travel credit certificate (FTCC) valid for 1 year, if you cancel more than 48 hours prior to scheduled departure for any reason not eligible for cash refund under the TCW (Part A – I.).   FTCC is non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash and does not include any credit for the Trip Cancelation Waiver Fee.  The Trip Cancelation Waiver Fee must be paid for with Initial Deposit and is refundable until 180 days prior to departure.  The Trip Cancelation Waiver does not cover any single supplement charges due to an individual’s traveling companion canceling prior to departure.  The Trip Cancelation Waiver is non-transferable and valid for each applicant only.  The Trip Cancelation Waiver does not cover any services such as airline tickets not purchased through PWD.  Cancelations, Refunds & Inquiries under Part A will be handled by PWD.  Certain Exclusions and Restrictions apply.
